I have brought a case to the house for your opinion. A friend recently complained that he sent a follow request to a girl who commented on his supposed best friend's IG page. She is a white girl. Fast forward weeks ago, his friend sends him an angry message saying he should ask him before following his friends in future. And that, he had unfollowed him and told the girl to block him.

He was also informed that the girl complained that one other follower of his sent her a friend request as well that that is stalking and such men are creeps. Hmm...house pls dissect this one.

My own advice was for him to cut off all ties from this "child" and move on. What is your take house?

He should move on from the friendship. It's not worth the hassle. By the time the said girl deals with the Indian friend, his eye will clear

I just had a chat with him and he showed me a screenshots of their convo. It appears that all he did was a follow request. Also, I believe him cos there is nothing to gain from lying in this case.

She doesn't have to be rich, just be a foreigner. I follow Paul Nicklen on IG, he is a wildlife photographer. If you see how your brothers asslick foreigners ehn. If she types lol, they will reply "lol lol". I don't see their useless comments these days. Be like they done dey block them

Nigerians should keep endorsing yahoo boys and African princes. We don't know how low our global image has dropped. He is even lucky she didn't give his name to Interpol. Let them put him on watchlist...

A lot of homebased people do it. The ladies target Nigerian guys based abroad. The guys target both and all.

Most times, it is just parasitism disguised as genuine interest. They always deny this, but it is only a matter of time before they start asking for help or immigration questions.

Mehn! It is bad already that one comes from a bleeped up country where no one gives a hoot about you now, having to contend with racial bias? Best thing is just to keep to your lane when abroad. That is just downside of living abroad. For someone like me who has a great deal of self discipline, that shouldn't be too difficult.

Hmmm the whole thing sounds silly to me. If you follow my friend why is it my headache ? It's up the person to accept or deny or unfollow me. Soyboys lol

If you are self disciplined you will be fine, it's the problematic Nigerians abroad I tend to avoid.
