You need to learn framework to begin building an user friendly app

1. Mobile app - framework should learn is kivy, support both android and ios
2. Web app - framework should learn is flask or django
3.Desktop app - framework should learn pyQt5 or kivy

use kivy,

u need a laptop,
the official doc (pdf)
and voila

i only use it for pc app but it can also work for android

You have put in great effort already and I see you want more out of this tool


Now there are a few things u may do from where u are to take you to where u want to be.

Chances are that a good eBook will suffice but, in this realm , you will definitely need the help of a guru ( I didn't mean an expert oh)
