goodpm all pls I need your advice. I got this job three months after service but deep inside I'm not happy with the job.

Disadvantages:

I work from Monday to Saturday (7:30-8pm) no public holidays except Sanitation

salary is 23,000 (no extra or side income)

no job description ( you can be called to work in any department)

no trust among staffs( everyone is a suspect).

I've been working for 3yrs no savings

no pension ( in fact anything happen to you OYO)
advantages:

when there is no job we can sleep or rest

I don't pay transport

I stay with my uncle so feeding is out. Although I support them in my little way. And I do send at least 10k once in 2months.

I want to stop work this DEC and look for another job by next year but I don't know if its a wise idea.

How can I support and build a family with this job...
I have applied for jobs and even given my CV but nothing.

I scared of leaving because I don't know if I'll get a good job and I also don't want to tell my family because I know they won't support me. mind you I'm 27
