Scary until they lost

Watching that game last night, all I can say is the Lakers went into that game scared. Starstruck somewhat. AD was was scared, guys weren't moving at all. But when AD decided to step up, the whole team stepped up.

I don't know what it is with our perimeter defending but whatever they're doing isn't working. We boast of good perimeter defenders but we're still vetting smacked down there. I always find Green culpable on so many instances. Always in the paint guarding God knows who when his man is preparing for an open shot.

It looks like Daniels has to go. Hell, even Bradley is beginning to annoy me. And Dudley is of no use to this ream offensively. So many offensive liabilities on this team. At least 2 of those guys need to go.

Perhaps it's just the regular season and I might be overreacting. What do I know?

Just one game, the potential was clear. Their core haven't gotten enough playing time. They'll get it together. They are too talented not to.

I may not think he'll ever get to AD's level but i was rooting for him. The raptors are very deep and they'll be okay. He'll be back in time to lead them into the playoffs.

LOL! The lakers were away from home on a two week road trip, AD has issues with his ankle, Giannis made 5 3's. It shouldnt have been that close. I look at that team and they have solid role players but not what it takes to win a championship. Plus a lot of those role players are notorious chokers. I really dont even see them coming out of the east. Like i said, the clippers are the only team the lakers should fear. As a Bron fan i know not to read into regular season matchups except for glaring roster weaknesses. I'm not one to make excuses, but i'm not impressed at all. Giannis was really good though.

LeBron already said a few weeks ago the christmas matchup doesnt mean much and doesn't reflect what the teams will be come Playoffs. While thats partially true hes telling you he's going to stink up the place when the time comes. Tough weeks ahead.

luka isnt winning mvp this year, maybe next year. His productivity will drop off plus there is still the problem of giannis and harden.

Simple, the player who improves the most wins it. Even if you averaged 30/10/10 last year, if you average 40/20/20 this year then you should be considered.

oladipo averaged 18 game in orlando for 3 years, 16 in okc and 23 in indiana to win it. As long as you make good improvements in your game that isnt mvp level, then you are eligible.
