Try buying in his absence

Call the Hausa man in your neighbours presence, making sure she hears all the negotiations, ask the Hausa man to bring the rice the next day for you to buy. When he has gone, tell your neighbour you want to buy from her instead of the aboki but at the price the aboki sells, if she refuses, tell her you can't buy at the costly price, that you intentionally discharged the aboki for her sake.

Expectedly as a Nigerian, she will be angry and give you go ahead to buy from the Hausa man. I bet you by morning of the next day, she would change her mind and sell to you at a good price.

The thing is I met a girl on here exactly my spec the type of woman I like
So I asked her out she told me that she don't think she want a relationship that she thought I was a lil bit older than her although am older than her but just one year
So I scold her but she said No
So I deleted her pics and contact and call it a quit
So some weeks later she called me which is this morning saying she just want to greet me I greeted her normally and appreciate her for the call
So my question is do she still want me or I Don't understand
Cause deep inside me I still like her but the red piller in me won't make me call her or have anything to do with her. If you're in my shoes what will you do.?

I'll strongly suggest you don't cos I don't see any tangible significant excuse or reason for not giving you a try.

She misses the attention she got from you,not really you in particular I think.
