The acronym BRACED is derived from the first letters of Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa-Ibom, CrossRivers, Edo and Delta.
It is now more important than ever before that the SS governors create a security outfit that will help reduce kidnapping, raping, extortion, etc to the barest minimum. Noone state can do it alone and the SW model should be an example.
