The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has declared a 3-day national fast for all churches in Nigeria and all christians both home and abroad.
CAN President, Dr. Samson Ayokunle

Chairman and leader of the CAN, Dr. Samson Ayokunle, said in a statement on Friday, that the fasting exercise was to end the growing concerns of brutal killings of innocent Nigerians.



The cleric further stated that the fasting is to equip the Nigerian government with the spiritual capacity to sudue the activities of insurgents within the nation.



According to him, “Sunday 2nd February 2020 is declared a Special Prayer Walk by Christians in all the States of the Federation in the form of a procession to be led by States CAN Chairmen in their CAN Secretariats and pastors of churches in all churches in Nigeria”.

How much sir, have u tried donating to see this country prosper?

But how can someone somewhere be arming himself on behalf of a god who claims to create the universe? They block our roads which their god cannot fix, kill and destroy people they claim their frustrated god wants saved, and someone expects Christians to retaliate in like manner.

Christianity centers around the preservation of your soul and spirit as much as it focuses around the preservation and well being of your body.

What about the numerous prayer sessions and fasting and prayers they had in the past....
No where in the world does prayer solve security problems..

Let the CAN fast 40 days so that they can can!
