The place is safe but no security agent or what ever in place you’ll have to secure your farm but I have a 10acres of farm around there and I have never had security issue.

Your land is expensive, farm land shouldn't cost more than N50k per acre. The land a friend bought in Edo state last year was sold for less than N40k per acre.
