I want to travel using Tourist visa to just apply for study visa, please can I go with one way flight ticket and Just leave from the place to my school in Europe?

Will there be issue at Airport ?

Sure you may get issue at the airport and not allowed board the plane or entry to ur destination because travellimg to a country where you have no resident with a one way ticket on a tourist visa is not accepted practice but your best option is buy a refundable ticket..then when you get to the country where you want to apply visa ,you can apply for refund on your ticket and buy a new ticket to your next destination after you secure your student visa.

Well, I would have said same thing should i not be following this thread and reading people’s update. You would have been correct if you said this two years ago. Correspondence letter used to be just the final approval letter you received from IRCC after PPR and your profile updates to “Approved”. Back then, you submit biometric for every temporary application.

You don't have to. Just mention his details and that he won't be needing visa because he is an American citizen. I think there is a space for those details on the application form.

I plan on Visiting Canada in the month of July,2020 for a 3 Days Conference in my work related area (area of expertise)

I currently work for one of the 5 top well known companies in Nigeria.- (with only 1 year of experience)

As a means of boosting my career I chose this conference as it will help take me to the next level.

For my application I plan on submitting:

Academics Credentials (B.sc Certificate, NYSC)
My employment letter
My Leave Letter
My invitation letter for the conference.
My Bank Account Statement of 3million naira. (For over 3months and is the 3m enough?
My Hotel Reservation
My Flight itinerary
My Parents,Brothers and sister pictures and birth certificate/passport that are in Nigeria.



Please house which other things do I need and what's my chances of my visa approval. I have no travel history

Throw it all in, especially the receipts for payments associated with the child's birthing.

One of Nairaland brother gave me another option to book multiple flight ticket.to Eygpt after I get my student visa, I should move to my school.

Please if a passport summited for visa is taking long to being approved is that a good or bad sign

Also a good option,just go along with all your document to show ur motive and student apication plan and one more question..are you sure it 100% you get the student visa in eygpty

This biometrics correspondence, is it to confirm that your previous biometrics is ok and accepted or to do another one?
I submitted paper application and chose not to do another biometrics because I did one in 2017.

How can I track my Canada visa application..it says no record..and I tried to link it to an online account it says no data available

The Biometric letter was to confirm that my biometric is still valid, immediately the passport request letter dropped.

Have sent letter to the through their web enquiry form was delivered successful to their London office. No response till now. Please what can do. I need your suggestions on what to do, my traveling date is 6th March 2020.

Hi guys, my mum just did her biometric yesterday in Lagos. She will be heading back to the east soon and I was wondering if it is allowed for my sister who lives in Lagos to go submit mummy's passport when they approve her. What is required for this to happen pls?

Your sister. Alternatively check vfs website you can download authorization form.
She will fill it and sign it then your sister can use it to get her passport. That was what we did. Either way is acceptable

We submitted every and any document that we could think of that would make her application strong.

There was a mistake on my mum's application, she uploaded the Application for Visit Visa twice ( in the place of travel history).
Thank God we discovered it and the travel history document was sent through the IRCC webform.

In my case, my mum was given a visa up till the time of her passport expiration.

I pray that for everyone trusting God for his or her own God will grant you favor in your application in Jesus name.
