Why not do the NEBOSH IGC from Nigeria if you are not travelling now. NEBOSH training is like 10days, then you book for exam. The result is not instantly. I think it takes some months to come out. So if you do 3months visa and do your NEBOSH exam first week in UAE(Which is very unlikely), your results will come out when your visa is about to kalas.
Also transport costs to your training venue is likely more than what you will spend in Nigeria. And that two weeks you will sit inside class being bored about safety first, your 90days is counting down brother.

You cannot do nebosh igc without HSE1-3 in Nigeria.
Nebosh cost over 500k in Nigeria (you know our people).

Please is there a minimum amount of cash I am required to hold while traveling to Dubai for a week visit. This is mainly to minimize harassment from Nigerian Immigration officers. I have more than enough money for the trip on my MasterCard, just not sure if I'll be required to hold some in cash - are there any regulations for that? (I prefer to travel cashless)

I swear the last time I went for 7-days visit, one idiot NIS officer said I was supposed to have USD1,000. This was after he demanded I settle boys and I didn't. Well, we were settled by a superior officer cos I had only USD700 with me. This country is funny. Everywhere, "what do you have for us" at the airport.

Ok I understand now, ur 2weeks visa will start once they stamp u in, i.e when u enter the country but u have number of days to enter with it otherwise it will expire like 3month tourist visa u have 60days from the date it was issued to enter with it, for 2weeks tourist visa is the same 60days validity also

Uae is a good country,it’s hard to get a job quite alright+ the work stress is most of the time crazy..Hotel job is the best actually(possibly in 5star hotels)Direct contact with the guests will make you” rich” faster than you imagine..if you can struggle without relenting,you will definitely get a job..

Hello gurus,I want to ask for advice from people living in UAE,I have like 1.5million. I have carefully read this thread. I wish to invest this in getting certification in UAE and see if I will get a job. Though I have a degree in linguistics but I learnt it's hard to get a teaching job as a Nigerian or if there's courses to make my cv stand out would be appreciated. As the only plan I have right now is to come with 3 months visa and get SIRA first or I should just apply for masters degree in north Cyprus. I am just in a dilemma. There's carlton tower in Dubai... nothing like karlton kindly check the name of the hotel you applied in as a waiter.
