You dont use motivational letter for visa,you are just looking for means to make money off people..You people should make use of the internet u have and check for examples of how to write a good motivational letter before they extort you

I have no news concerning past applications. I went there on Monday 10th to submit application for a business visa and I was informed by the attendant in the VIP Lounge of the suspension and also the notice was pasted at the entrance.

I believe it has to do with the Customs clearance issue in Turkey.

Yes, by every chance it should be on their website but unfortunately its not as VFS didn't update their website.

I was physically there yesterday where I was informed of the collection suspension and notice pasted at the entrance.

I'm sharing here just so people outside Lagos won't travel and discover the same situation. If I hear anything new I'll update, likewise I need to submit my application ASAP.

Thank you for the update..Thats Nigeria things for you,they wont put it online early enough for people to know,u stopped receiving application since 3rd of feb and didnt deem it fit to update your site! Useless is an understatement

I emailed d yeye vfs last week... Their response was it takes 6wks to get a reply from turkey... Why won't dey just say what's really going on ehn... Dey sud release passports so we know what's going on and opt for something else ....

The reason for VFS' refusal to accept new applications is because the embassy in Turkey told them to halt it. This is because they (embassy in turkey) are currently experiencing a backlog in processing applications as they dealing with VFS offices from multiple countries not just Nigeria. By months end or next Month God willing, the backlog should have cleared up and there will be space for new applicants.
This information was gotten from a staff working at the Abuja office.

The only result they recognize is WAEC or Neco for undergraduate then Bachelor degree for Masters. You can still mail the school if they will accept HND before you proceed to avoid wasting 100-150 euro for applications fees
