We have agreed terms with another Nairalander for us to build him a brand new house as we always do. The details of the project are as follows;

Project: Construction of a new block of 6 flats of 2 bedrooms
Location: Enugu East, Enugu state
Client: A Nairalander
Project duration: 180 days
Budget: 18m (shell of the building only, house finish not inclusive)

Join us as we start this project soon, we are already making moves to bring in our workers and commence this beautiful building. Thank you all.

We have trees in this site which we are planning to cut down before we start this site. About 4 trees.

We plan to increase the number of diggers tomorrow, and start delivering some materials to this site. Work will start in full tomorrow.

We have brought the iron rods that will be used for the foundation starter bars, column bases and other works.
