Good morning Nairalanders. I have a problem that is currently giving me a sleepless night. This is my problem. I am a male child from a polygamous family. My Father has ten children, and he cares less about us. After my secondary education in 2013, I made up my mind to further, so I started writing jamb in 2014, I succeeded and finally gained admission to study statistics at the university. That was after writing my 5th Jamb examination in 2019. The issue now is that my parents don't have money to sponsor my education; my mum is not sound in health issues. I was able to start my registration with the little money I saved. I paid the school charges ( acceptance and school fee), and I couldn't continue because I have only a small amount of money left. I am planning on not resuming school this February 24 that the school session will commence. I am planning on learning a skill, look for money and start up a business. I want to forget schooling for now because of money issues. Please help me, am I taking the right step by doing this? This has been given me sleepless nights. I need help on this idea I don't want to start school then drop out later |

Deferment is your option, so you can go and hustle before resuming. Defer a semester or the whole session and resume next session. While at this help might come your way. Don't quit, i repeat, don't quit. |
