Since you have been watching soccer, mention any of the top teams in any of the top 5 leagues in Europe that has been excluded from participating in Europe, uefa needs the money. It is all formality, Man City will play in Europe every year until their Arab money dries out, no shaking.

First of all UEFA can not ban mancity, the ban will be over turned by court of arbitration for sport(CAS) and mancity will walk away with a little fine. The following points are reasons why mancity wouldn't be ban:
Firstly, the source of information which leads to the investigation was from illegal hacked source (de spiel) a German hacking website whose motives are unknown, this alone renders the whole process illegal. A legal body like UEFA can not rely or depend on an illegal sources of information to carryout an investigation on any team, instead they (UEFA) would have set up a machinery to investigate every UEFA teams legally at all times and apportion appropriate sanction to defualters.
Secondly, UEFA claim that mancity fail to cooperate in the investigation... According to law, it is very bad for an investigator to rejected an authorized official and legal documents from the club and instead chooses to hold on to an illegal hacked sources of information in his investigation, this shows that the entire process is flawed.
Thirdly, it is an abominable act for an investigator to pronounce judgement and carry out sentencing even before the court sat, ...... This happen in August when there was a rumour from media that the investigator proposed two years suspension and a fine for mancity. And city approach arbitration court, the court stated that the entire investigation process was worrisome.
And lastly 2years suspension is too much a sentence for any team, it clearly shows personal interest and baised judgement/feeling towards mancity.
When the matter get to CAS, city will be aquitted for sure.
UEFA can not be an investigator, a jury and an executioner.....
