Being Gay is seen as a threat in our society today, but these are also people with brilliant minds, ambitions, need for proper understanding and a perfect body structure but rejected by society due to sexually different.

Being Gay is normal as a lot of research has been carried out on them and they've been studied and understood. But a wide set of the human race has vowed in not accepting these changes especially here in Africa.

Here in Nigeria Being Gay use to be punishable by Death a practice that should be condemned although after certain consideration the punishment was reduced to 14years imprisonment.

Till this day close to 33 countries outlaw gay marriages which shouldn't be so.

Being Gay is no crime to humanity and people with such differences should be able to stay happy with their sexuality.

I agree. Just imagine elton john...
Everyone should be able to explore his/her sexuality without being persecuted or judged for it.
While we put brilliant minds in jail because they are gays, the west has learnt to tolerate them for their advantage...

VLADIMIR PUTIN ON GAY MARRIAGE

"We need to clarify some things. A marriage is a union between a man and a woman. A family is a different thing. But the idea (traditional marriage) itself is good and must be supported, as it is. We only need to think how to phrase it and where to do this. As far as 'parent number 1' and 'parent number 2' goes, I've already spoken publicly about this and I'll repeat it again. As long as I am President, this (gay marriage) will not happen. There will be dad and mum."

--- Vladimir Putin.

Audience: applause

I, Salamiv Sergei Ismailinkov is proud to be a Russian!!!

Vladimir Putin on some bossy things!

The law should be modified to first take gay suspect to Neuropsychiatric hospital before jailing them for eternity. Nonsensical. If not it's a mental health issue, how could man be attracted to fellow man? Even animals don't do it

Shouldn't be a crime in Nigeria... Should be a crime against humanity. Sodom and Gomorrah was destroyed by God because of things like gay practices.

Christianity has been watered down.

No place for them in the Bible, so therefore it should be a crime.

Look at these sanctimonious hypocrites up there. Religion also frowns on fornication, lies, stealing and judging people. But you do all of that and more, when it comes to one's sexuality, you're quoting the Bible verse that suits your narrative.
Busy judging people, I'm sure God is wondering why you don't mind your business and when He made you all deputy Jesus since you're doing His work for Him.

Religion or no religion.... it is natural for a man to have sex with a woman.... unnatural with another man.... his child...male or female....his sister... his mother... his grandmother ... or beasts.... regardless of how much he loves them or they love him.

In your heart.... not what your mouth would be saying..... in your heart ... if your now single father... widower/divorced... should bring home a burly bearded man as his lover.... and be rocking the bedroom at nights... just asking... would that be ok by you?

well i have no problems with homosexuals. I agree with makydebbie.
Ofcourse! a man can't have sex with a woman in public. Every dirty act should be done privately.

The law say it is a crime

The law says a lot of things including not paying tax are crimes, I hope you don’t flout any of them. In the North, things get more serious as drunkenness and (female) spouse committing adultery are crimes, too.

There’s a relationship between morality and the law, but that relationship should rarely be in the form that things that are made illegal are immoral. As we very well know, not all things that are criminalized are immoral. If the Hate Speech Bill and the Social Network Bill ate passed into law and assented to, it will become a crime to say things that are similar to criticizing the government. Does it make those acts immoral?

The better formula is that that which is immoral may be criminalized. But even that should be done in consideration of the extant societal practices and prevailing circumstances.

The world has gone beyond the point where we argue that homosexuality is wrong simply because an old law that hasn’t been edited or reviewed in decades says so.

No. Even the Bible is conflicted about why Sodom was destroyed but it never explicitly said that the problem was homosexuality.

Interestingly, if that whole drama played out today, I’m sure you lot will be singing a whole different tune.

According to the Bible, it’s wrong to eat the fruit of a young tree, wear clothes with two different types of clothing or eat many of the things we eat today.

Let’s face it, according to the Bible (Old Testament), we are all going to hell.

Why cherry pick and give special attention to people having sex with people of the same sex, one of the many many things that is wrong according to the Bible?

I don’t see you guys raving about how fornication is wrong according to the Bible... Does it have something to do with the fact that people like to turn a blind eye to their own sins?

How exactly, is homosexuality unnatural?

Why is it okay for straight people to have PDAs but it isn’t okay for queer people?

homosexuals are a stain to the world

There are human beings robbing other human beings blind by taking advantage of the position of power they occupy; people are blowing other people up with bombs; some of us are contributing so much climate pollution to the world that our descendants will inherit an Earth in crisis...but it’s queer people that’s a stain on the world?

Really, Bro?

I wish I could be as short sighted and myopic as you. Things seem very simple to you.
