First thank God and go for thanksgiving in church that you aint caught by the ECO regarding all the fake docs they submitted on your behalf, if caught you would have been banned for 10yrs.

All information submitted for u has been recorded, you can’t just make fresh application to state otherwise now.

Also the ECO not satisfied with your sponsor relationship with you, the point is if you reapply what docs do you wanna submit, same fake docs with agent? I guess your sponsor or you don’t have genuine original docs to support your application, reason they forged all for u. Coz if you did there won’t be point to forge anything.

Don’t try to forge anything especially bank statement coz you may not be lucky next time.

Mehn!
This is serious than I thought!
My sponsors documents are legit.. he's Spanish citizen and has been in the UK since 7years.

On my end.. I saw school receipts, medical certificate, bank statement, birth certificate in my name.. for god's sake I legitly have all these documents.

I didn't even know a visa was in process for me.
I was just called 2days to the appointment date to travel down to Lagos from the east to attend the interview..

The company account was also for 3 months. My current account had less than 500k while my savings account which was my salary account was 96k as at the time i printed the statement, but by the time i submitted i had less than 40k. I wouldnt know if they verified it later or not.
Ok. Thanks for the information.

Most people got bank statement but the question is it suitable to use it to apply for visa, reason agent always forge one for applicant.

If you only saw those docs on your appointment date, means you did not give them to the agent, the agent forget all docs on your behalf through your passport date page you sent to them.

Get the copy of your application and docs the agent submitted for u, let’s see what he or she input there and used. Gurus here can help you further so that you don’t complicate your next application.

You can’t use it, you need savings account. Business account is normally use to support application as source of income if self-employed, you have to get a savings account and be paying yourself salary and put your disposable income into your savings account for 6months, then you submit both your business and savings accounts

Good day guru in the house, please I need advice. I did my biometrics last week friday, I submitted my salary account and savings account, which there is no lump money just saving i have been putting together for some years. Earlier this week a need to use a larger part of my savings came, I have been trying to resist touching it as I dont know if they check, but the need for it is getting more and more as I need to sort out some issues. Kindly advice on what to do.

Did you collect copy of your application from the agent, also did the agent help you submit bank statement or you printed it out yourself and gave it to the agent. Sometimes ECOs do make mistake.
I did not collect copy of my applicantion
But I am the one who printed the bank statement and hand it over to the agent

Your agent needs to tell you the truth or you need to be honest with yourself here.

Did you give your agent list of documents to submit apart from those two bank statements?

I only gave him my bank statements, land property and cac certificate
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Lee310: 6:38am On Feb 22, 2020
It's very possible the UK embassy does such mistake. This has happened to me. They quoted me wrong on with my bank statement... I don't use Wema bank and they made a mistake tagging me using that bank. If your docs are genuine, I would advice you to reapply immediately and bring to their notice all the mistake they made on your application.

If you can't do it yourself, you can sit next to him to fill the forms and watch him fill your application.

When it happened to me, I reapplied immediately and made them see all the mistakes. I got my VISA on the second attempt.

fascco:

I applied for visiting visa for a week, I did Biometrics on January 15.
I submitted 2 bank statements Gtbank (Person account) with closing balance of 2.9M and Fcmb (Business account) with closing balance of 900k
But UK denial me

They said I submit a first bank statement of account which I don't even have one

NOTE: An Agent apply for me and he said he submit correct documents

1....I'm just confused, is it possible for UK Embassy to make such mistake.
2.... Hope I doesn't affect my application in the future
3.... What did I need to do now
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by giselle237: 9:51am On Feb 22, 2020
On a second and more thorough thought, you escaped the 10 year ban by God... STAY CLEAR OF UK EMBASSY

All documents were forged as you claim to have seen the agent on biometrics day, ofcourse all the documentation he used for u were uploaded before this day.

My dear u re sitting on gun powder. Leave uk alone as those things are in their possession now.

Call ur sponsor to request for all the documents submitted with ur app. ... or you should speak directly with the agent to know if he actually submitted a first bank account with your application , Although some agents acts like a mini god but face him, its ur life and not his/hers ... Ask that you need the application form and all other documents submitted with your application for record purposes. then we know what to do. Nothing bad if you involve the police.

Good morning house. My application form has been filled and submitted online but still waiting to get a free date at Ikeja. I put 38k as my monthly expenses out of 200k I earn monthly leaving me with 162k in a month. My total cost for the trip is £650 as my friend will provide Accommodation, Feeding and Transportation for my 10days visit. I also explained the 810k I got from my property through my Estate Agent which was paid into my account from his corporate account and the Power of Attorney including the Tenancy Agreement will also be submitted with my application. Please do i need my parents to write a consent letter as I am single and still living with them? Thanks.

If you're an adult there is no reason why you would need a consent letter from your parents.

Well it’s possible either he or she wants to help you to fill and submit the form online or give it to an agent, either way you have to be the one to still submit your completed application and docs yourself

TBH you need more than BC/passport copy to apply, guess he or she trying to arrange docs for u though.

In conclusion, you are at great risk.

Tell your friend to send her supporting docs and invite to you, gather your own docs here, fill the form online and book appointment to submit.

Gurus here can help you to go through everything

I would assume that the bolded means your friend is planning to take care of the form-filling and document uploading to the visa website either himself or through a third party, while all you have to do is to show up to have your biometrics taken.

Understand that you need to provide more documents than just a copy of your passport (and your birth certificate is not needed at all unless you are trying to evidence a family relationship), ranging from documents to prove your financial standing (bank statements and the like) and others to prove your social standing and ties to Nigeria (such as evidence of employment, schooling, retirement, etc.) as well as other supporting documents and if he is not asking you for those it means that he is either not going to present them in which case your application will fail or he is going to forge them in your name and on your behalf, which will do you long-term damage.

Advice: if you want to go to the UK, handle the process yourself.

Justwise and co please does my health insurance as a student in Uk covers me in any Schengen state also? Because I tend to visit Switzerland and Germany during the spring holiday and going through the application procedures I was meant to know That Nigerians are expected to do insurance but I already have one with Uk. Is that sufficient? Or I should still pay for the Schengen own?

That is not possible and it makes no sense.

Do you know this person personally or somebody you get to know online?

Are you referring to your NHS entitlement as health insurance? Even though you are entitle to NHS treatment in UK as a student, you can’t use it in any EU country. If there’s an option to get personal or private HI for your schengen visa processing, just get it.
