Hi guys, this is just a short but comprehensive post on how you can travel to Russia this summer without VISA.

This year's European football championship will be hosted in 12 cities across Europe in the following countries: England, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Spain and Azerbaijan from 12th June till 12th July 2020.

Russia's president Vladimir Putin has once again announced a VISA free policy for fans who want to visit Russia for UEFA EURO 2020 football championship.

Saint Petersburg is one of the host cities and Putin has decided to simplify the visa process by granting all fans visa free travel to Russia from May 30th July 3rd 2020.

Just like it was during the Fifa World Cup in 2018.

Nigerians are also eligible to travel to Russia without a visa with a FAN ID and below is the step on how to get a FAN ID.

Visit https://www.uefa.com/uefaeuro-2020/ticketing/#/ to buy match tickets to any game in Saint Petersburg. Make sure the ticket you buy is for a game in Saint Petersburg.

After you've done that, proceed to https://www.fan-id.ru/ and register with your personal details. You can apply from any location and once your FAN ID is ready, it will be sent to you through VFS.

So that's how you can take advantage of the UEFA EURO 2020 and travel to Russia for your summer vacation.

Hi Bro. Yeah with FAN ID you don't need to go to the embassy. Return Flight from Lagos to Saint Petersburg cost around 300k. VFS is a company that embassies outsource visa processing stuff to. In this case, they will deliver FAN ID to fans outside Russia.

If you intend to visit please make proper research about Corono Virus because it might disrupt people's travel plans this summer.

I won't stoop to your level and be uncouth to someone I don't know so I'll just set you straight.

Resale phase of match tickets is on now and another final ticket sales phase will also open in May or June for fans who haven't bought tickets.

FAN ID application is still open till July. So if you're not sure about something please make proper research before talking.
