thanks sir, I have done both urine and one other I can't remembered the name something in the form of a ear cotton wool was inserted inside my penis urethra,then culture for about four days after,the result was staph as I was told.i travel abroad did some test again urine and blood test and the report was negative I didn't believe the report cause i still feel this slight worm like movement in my body expecially around my eyes region although not as severe as it was while in Nigeria but i still feel it. I'm just confuse,the test I had done in Nigeria report was staph and the one done outside report I don't 've any bacteria in my body late alone staph please can there be any other test or final thorough test I need to do to be absolutely 've my doubt clear of this staph infection?

Hello... Basically, staph infections are usually diagnosed with their appearance on the skin without the laboratory testing. More severe staphylococcal infections such as infection of the bloodstream, pneumonia, and infection of the inner lining of the heart (endocarditis) require culturing of samples of blood or infected body fluids or tissues.

So in your own case, it's advisable that you try another hospital(s) to test for staph in your body system. I'm very sure the results will be much more satisfactory after you try other hospitals.
