You can either exchange PayPal to Bitcoin on Paxful or localbitcoins but your fund has to be Fnf. They don't accept Gns and also their rate is far too low. They will pay ur half of your Paypal fund in Bitcoin.
If your Paypal fund is Gns, you can bring it to me as I'm currently buying Gns fund. My rate will surprise u. Whatsapp link below

Fnf means Friends and Family. No buyer's protection on it and most times no PayPal fee. Gns means Goods and Services. Buyer is protected and can chargeback if any issue arises and there is a 4% fee on it.
