He has used all kinds of creams and was even on pills to treat the rashes yet the rashes refuse to go. Use Vinegar everyday on it, when you get your hair cut they either are dirty or you don't clean up right after. Use shea.butter twice a day.

apply this cream 2 times daily for 2 weeks and it will disappear. Speaking from experience...Dont ever make an attempt to cut it off or inject it...just leave it until u get that cream, it will fade off and become history for life
