It's not necessarily you first come across the Bible in your life, right thinking persons that God cherish always start asking thought provoking questions as soon as they begin talking from infancy! Luke 2:46 compare to 2Timothy 3:15

Each day of your life you wake up to ask questions such as

©Who is God?
©Why is it that most people worship him?
©Why so much different religions?
©Which of them is true and which is false?
©What happens to our dead loved ones?
©Where are they now?
©Why so much suffering?
©Why is their class amongst humans?

If you keep asking these questions and you did not relent in finding the answers, you will end up being one of Jehovah's Witnesses! Proverbs 2:1-5

But if you just feel unconcerned until your turn comes to experience the other side of life. Then it will be too late for you because you'll have grown up into an adult whose mind and heart is weighed down with the anxieties of how to get food, clothing and shelter. By then you'll feel it's a waist of time asking all those questions after all you're not ready to be a pastor (those expected to carry such things in their heads) whereas look, even those you refer to as men of God knew nothing about these things!

That's how many people become atheists and start going about living with regrets in their hearts, feeling robbed and swindled.

The worst is they can't rest, because they will feel like telling others their story but by then nobody is interested in their miserableness!

Well it's not too late now, you can still correct your mistakes by asking "where did i go wrong?"
But if you're one of those expecting a time when it will be your turn to oppress others as you've been oppressed in the past, that's when you'll live all the rest of your life having intense hatred for God and those you feel he has favoured.

Let me enlighten you, God has nothing to do with the way fortune is shared amongst humans. The one organizing the wealth as in sharing it amongst humans is a rebellious angel called Satan! Luke 4:8
