I have just been invited for a glo aptitude test/interview on Thursday this week for a customer care role.
Is the aptitude test questions the same for all the roles?
Will the test and interview be done on the same day and what should I expect?

They won't tell you how they applied. They're all after ways to scale through the interview process.

Maybe you should just try and submit your cv at their head office in VI

Just general current affairs. There's this site I saw a lot of current affairs. That was what I used in preparing. For example they could ask what the horse on the coat of arm stands for.

Recruitment Processes have changed now, don't know how it's done now. I think there's apptitude test now, so just prepare for it.

Don't know the recent process now. But back then, you have to undergo 3stages of interview. When you pass those interviews, you will be called to pick up employment letter.

Yes, I was called on phone last month 23rd, the I did a zoom interview this month 7th.
