It's been 1week and few days I ordered an item from jumia and it's even passed the delivery time. I have contacted them and they keep telling me they encounter a slight delay due to the lockdown. Is there anyone here who's gotten what was ordered and delivered within the specified time for delivery? Please share your patient experiences |

Online stores in Nigeria isn't that reliable. Even without a lockdown, they still disappoint. I keep receiving emails from konga that whatever I order would be delivered promptly. I just ignored them. When the lockdown is over, I'd place my order. |

Jumia head office is located in lagos and there is lockdown in lagos and things cant move out of lagos except if ur in lagos,it may be difficult,we are only allowed to deliver groceries. 1 Like |
