When would we stop these oyinbo from exploiting Nigerians every year with this TEST OF ENGLISH BS?

We started learning English from a tender age in schools and in fact, English is our language of instruction right from our youth up till our current age. Yet, we have to write one English test costing around 200$ to be able to show that one can communicate in English.

South Africans are exempted from writing this English exam in spite of their inability to communicate in English.
