The picture is not clear. However, try force-shutdown (press and hold the power button until the screen goes blank or for a minimum of 10secs), unplug all the external devices plugged to it (if any), remove the battery and re-insert it after 10secs. Then power on.

I'm not discouraging you oo but just try and backup your drive to save your files.

This error can be as bad that you have to format and reinstall windows

what windows r u using?
does the system have a good battery life? perhaps u havent been shutting the system properly.....hence might have damaged the hard drive.
or might just be a faulty RAM stick
Re: Problem Starting My Laptop by lexander(m): 11:01am On Apr 12, 2020
It could be a faulty hard drive or faulty ram try formatting and reinstalling windows if you don't have any important files on the harddrive(if you do backup the files first) you could also try replacing the ram if you have the money or you could borrow from a friend to test. wink

No need to format ,a simple reinstallation will do,he will only lose apps and drivers which he can easily get online.

Yeah.

It can be bad HDD, bad RAM or even a corrupt BIOS.

But the first thing to do is windows reinstallation.

I was experiencing similar issue some months ago.
Did you install any Adobe software?

The solution: Update your drivers (especially graphics card)

Just backup your files first bro. Means either the windows is about to fail or your harddisk is about to pack up or in the worst scenario both.
