If we had completed our national identity it would be easy to ascertain the people who fall below the poverty line based on the data.

Moreover, people's conditions can equally change from time to time. It is not fixed.
we dont need the national Identity stuff it a scam, imagine when bvn was introduce, if we need data of all people in Nigeria today just ask everyone to have bank account and promise dem 20k for opening the acct even aboki go do it

See those guys calling Buhari names because his State is the highest beneficiary. Y'all should be glad he's doing this. Unlike that Otuoke man who promised to only start developing his State and other neighbouring States during his second term.

Besides, no one can be more nepotistic than someone who chose to sits a federal university in his village instead of his state capital.
Same man that built 12 federal universities and over 400 almajiri schools?..

Were those in his village aswell?.. you folks should try to be intelligent and back talks with facts.

Former President Jonathan, come and see how to do real governance with resources but you mumuly abandoned your own people during your days in office. Sigh

What was the criteria o?
I think you're the only sensible person I've seen so far, the question should be what's the criteria used. From the little i understand, its a cash transfer for the indigent...poorest of the poor, people suffering from extreme poverty. From what we all know and what we all agree to, the far north has the highest number of people wallowing in extreme poverty. When it comes to insulting the north we know that but when it comes to handouts to extremely poor people, we argue about that. All we're good at is tribal and religious sentiments

Our leaders reflect who we are as a people.
Imagine what u just wrote. U are in ENUGU and u can boldly say no household in the whole state has been paid. This was how LIA MUHAMMED started his lying techniques too. Enugu isnt a street for u to knw what is happening in every LGA. Always talk for urself as u cant defend what u just wrote. We have never been blessed with good leaders .Thanks

Nepotism at its peak! The hatred for Igbos is glaringly obvious. What a country!
How did the igbos manage oil money when oil price was between $108 to $130 per barrel and output per day very high? What happened to the money Obj left in the reserve under them? They sold oil at high price, they were still borrowing heavily to cover up heavy looting. Remember, the excuse the IBO elites gave was that the Hausas have looted, it is their time to correct the marginalization

Buhari failed and disappointed his voters so very much hard that the best thing they can all do is keep mute and wait for 2023.

The list...

In other words:
Katsina got - N2,664,540.000
Ebonyi - 0.

Meanwhile both are categorised under benchmark on poorest states in Nigeria.
I pray these demographics remain permanent in Jesus name! As a man thinks in himself so is he. I'm an Ebonyian. I pray these demographics reflect truly in the people's lives as it were.

Later there will be asking stupid questions like when did things went wrong? See this great injustice on what ground should only Northern states get conditional cash while other Southern States get little or nothing?

Brozay...even the people in the rural area can access the internet...alot of people travelled back home (to their respective villages) due to the lockdown.

We are in the 21st century for that matter...the people in the villages ain't that daft that they can't adapt to the social sphere

This your logic is too stretched. I think you should resign and ask for a more intelligent fellow to substitute you. You are trying to equate a continent and a square kilometre. Keep sifting for Jonathan's faults while being suffocated by Buhari's....

That statistics is fraud. It is a joint fraud. Since the National Assembly leadership demanded for the list of the beneficiaries of SIP which they claimed is with the AGF, few days later, part of AGF office got burnt, they have been generating database of names.

Meanwhile, Nigerians should beware of the organization called Covidaid. Their site is accessible using https://www.covidaid.ng they also have code to register. It seems it is an NGO using covid-19 to generate users database to receive funding from International Donor Agencies and government. A lot of people have registered without receiving any covid-19 aid within the last two weeks.

USAID, other agencies and FG should take note.

Other school of thought are of the opinion that they are creating a database of Nigerians to be used to defend how money appropriated to them was spent
