I ve not been to Niger Delta though but Kaduna is not a bad option depending on the kind of buss oppt.....

In my own opinion, I will advise you come down South... It is safe and relatively business friendly...

For clothes, you've the South East there, while for food, the South South is there.

And youu can access the South West region where you come from easily.

Wumi, Kaduna/North will be better for foodstuffs and clothing materials.

Food stuffs are really cheap in kaduna compared to the west. Exporting to the west and selling would bring massive gain.
