Good Evening Doctor, pls I have fever recently, but for some days now
** I have been feeling some pain in knee am also feeling some high temperature ( not always tho)

** I have oral trush

** Some pain in my chest and stomach

** I also felt there's something in my eyes sometimes

** I also have headache ( I noticed something yesterday when I took vitamin C, I felt something pepperish on my throat / head )

Hope you are good?. please I have an issue bothering me. my mum has an issue she is about 67yrs old and not overweight. Recently she started complaining about severe pains on her right knee. The Knee is a little bit swollen . Occasionally she has the pains but recently it became more severe.
The intensity of the pains increases when she is @ the rest position ( due to inactivity). She takes pcm for it and recently she added cataflam sill yet she just have a little bit of relief and the pains increases thereafter.

Am so worried. please 2ballz how can this pain be alleviated. waiting patiently for your response

Please doc l have a problem of stomach bloating. If l eat a little food My stomach feels filled up n tight. It will b so uncomfortable for a long time. Sometimes after a while l feel pressed and fart alot (d farting is just release of gas) afterwhich d tightness is releaved a bit. Pls l want to eat bigger meals my Tommy is always filled with gas. It has lowered my weight. Plsss what can l do n what medication do l take to solve dis problem. I need ur help

Does she have any other symptom? Like dark urine, jaundice? Did she take any bitter thing recently? Is her mouth actually very bitter or she just tastes something that feels off not necessarily bitter. Does she chew the inside of her jaw cos things like drinks can stick there for some time. If no, then she should go and run hepatitis test. Both B and C. If negative, she should do a liver function test and take the result to either a physical doctor or bring it to the doctor here to help with analysis.

Yes her mouth actually bitter. She did the test today. The result will be out on Wednesday. Thanks for your concern.

Hello Doc, I recently just observed that i seem to have lost my sense of smell and in turn, the taste of flavour - food tastes bland and I can't seem to smell anything.

I noticed I could taste pure salt, vitamin C tablets etc, but nothing else really.

Sorry to hear this, I'm still suffering from it as we speak, Only just recently noticed it. I can taste salt though but nothing else, I can smell very faintly and just for strong smells like coffee

What's your experience like?

Thank you sir. The nasal blockage is not new, I usually take vitamin C, or sometime I eat ginger, it will go and come back. Please sir is there a permanent cure or do I need to run any test. I am fed up.

I went for malaria and typhoid fever test and I detected I have both typhoid (plenty) and malaria fever. I was administered Ciprotab 500 and P-Alaxin which I started using yesterday tho seeing changes but always getting tired.

My major problem now is my throat, it feels like something is moving around my throat for weeks now(close to if not more than 3 weeks), it kinda got worse today as anytime I swallow even saliva it feels like something is still hanging and moving around in my throat. Now if I touch the left side of my throat it feels as if something is shaking please help.

Are you obese or overweight?
Have you been experiencing this from childhood?
Do you observe a morning relief?
Are you allergic to somethings in the environment?
List them.
Do you eat late night meals before going to bed?
How long has the snoring been?
What medications have been helping before writing me?
