Help!!! Please, Access bank cleared my account without any transaction. As at yesterday I have #69k and today I saw #41 only. I was shocked. I have not done any transaction since yesterday. Is just now that I want to transfer some money, I was told not enough money in my account. Please I need your advise on what to do. I called their customer care and they said they are not working cos of covid- 19. Your advise please

I only use alert bank transfer from my phone yesterday. That is all

those ppl are thieves. since this april, i hv recharged like 1k three times and they didn't credit me. funny thing is that they will credit some and they wont credit some. am just tired, once this lockdown eases am closing down the acct just that i dont know where to bank..

I only used my phone to transfer money yesterday. They even debited there card maintainance fee and balance was correct yesterday.
