First thing you should ask yourself is why 70% of the rich igbos stay outside South east (as you earlier claim)?

Second questions you should ask yourself is how may people from other regions do you find in South east?

Ask why most igbos are running to south West? If possible you are typing from South West currently.

You will discover that people don't run from a more productive area to less productive areas.

In conclusion, South West is a blessed region and the major reason why your people run there while South east is less productive.
