I am not here to spoil any business reputation or whatsoever. What I am about to narrate is my personal experience with Clubkonnect and their dubious tactics of scamming people of their money.
Some months ago I saw a ad here on Nairaland about buying MTN data for 430 per Gb. I was surprised and I clicked on it and created myself an account then I deposited using bank transfer for the first time and I got myself a data. At a time I stopped purchasing data from their website because I started using my old MTN which I get a Gb for #200. After a while it stopped working and I got Airtel 4G sim and I was given free 4gb and 100% free data on whatever data plan I purchase. So recently Airtel service was not really good here so I saw the same ad about clubkonnect(1gb for #335) which has dropped from #430 to #335. sounds cool right?. I immediately remembered I once created an account with them so I login and transferred to their first bank account and got data for myself.
Last week, on the 6th of May to be precise I was online and my airtel network suddenly went off and I need to finish the task I was working on. So I switch to my MTN to get data and I login to clubkonnect, then I deposited #670(to get 2gb) with my access bank debit card via FLUTTERWAVE gateway payment.
They charge maybe 1.2% or 1.5% (can't remember which)
Immediately I saw a debit alert of #677 and #688.
And I created an order for the data on my line. I didn't receive any data for HOURS(I later did). So I mailed CLUBKONNECT support(SMS and email) , FLUTTERWAVE support and ACCESSbank at the same time for a refund.
Clubkonnect didn't reply till after 24hours and when they did, they said I should contact my bank for refund. FLUTTERWAVE said the same, so I mailed them back again and clubkonnect I should forward my bank account and name for confirmation and when I did they sent me just a single transaction they debited instead of two and they were still claiming they didn't debit my account twice.. On the third day I got an credit alert of the #677 they debited(screenshot below) . Mind you access bank hasn't replied my mail then, so when access bank replied my mail, asking for first 6 digits and last 4digits of my card, so I didnt bother to reply the mail since Clubkonnect has refunded the money.
Yesterday evening 14th May, I got debit alert of #688 again from CLUBKONNECT and in the alert they stated the reference no of the FLUTTERWAVE payment and the date I made the transaction. Meaning that they debit me again(screenshot below). I was angry and mailed them immediately with the screenshot of the alert after and they replied me immediately denying that they didnt debit my account went to the playstore to read review about CLUBKONNECT and what i saw was suprising. They have been stealing people money from their bank cards, without crediting them nor refunding it.. (Screenshot of the reviews below too)..

I am writing to advise nairaland moderators to stop advertising scammers like CLUBKONNECT on this platform . Nairalanders please stop using your ATM card on CLUBKONNECT.com website. You can use their bank transfer option because they can't deny not seeing the money you transferred into their account and they can't steal from your account that way too.
They are scammers, they will take your money and never return it. I am glad they didn't steal much from me

Their service is really good. I still use them up till now. I think in your own case, it was a system error. Which I believe they will sort it out.

Some of this so called data resellers are nothing but fraud. That's how i was scammed by 1 here, sent #700 for 2g, it went into tin air. Be careful

Una never still refund my money scammers even after dropping my login number...Trust me una go bankrupt las las and your oga patapata imprisoned for 10years.
According to my word, clubkonnect company will be fold up and your seed from generation to generation will suffer poverty if you don't return my money
