The coming of Yahaya Bello was to balance the system in kogi. The igalas have ruled for 16yrs and watching another igala man like Wada will spoil the pattern.
I've come to a conclusion that in Nigeria, it is not how a leader emerges that matters but it is what the leader has accomplished
please if I may ask what has this Governor accomplish??

so long as you do not bring vexatious App, you will get a fair hearing and the app won't be thrown out.
Our court frowns on applications as that brought by the petitioner's counsel.

Cleared! Thank you!

Well Kogi is in a complex situation. What I mean is they hear of achievements by the state govt but don't see the impact. I believe progress is slow but at the long run, it will come out great. What I myself have witnessed is that GYB has done well in security (2016). He also made sure every tribe in Kogi is well represented in his govt. This hasn't happen before. He also remodeled the public schools in the 3 senatorial districts.
GYB has a long way to go! Though progress is gradual, but don't be too comfortable being steady so the world doesn't leave you behind.

shocked

The problem with Kogi State is the high level of illiteracy. A state with over 87% illiteracy and poverty index. It is also a common knowledge that voodoism is predominantly practiced. Ask Benin Kingdom and they will tell you the consequence of traditional practice. It brings no development but setbacks.

This factors play a large role in governance, elections, development, and rights. A confluence state that has barely merged the ideas of developing states bordering it. Like a basket used to hold water, it has allowed ideas, machineries, and people move through it to other states without her holding down the ideals of development.
87% illiteracy level. Please go get your facts right and stop concocting numbers. Thanks

I base in kogi and believe me there is no light at the end of this tunnel except we just want to deceive ourselves everything is just lies upon lies....my only prayer is that God should send a considerate and hardworking individual who will turn kogi state around for good. As for security, that was in 2016 because right now everybody is his/her own security in the state and you can't express yourself if they trace and catch you, you are gone.
