I'm not surprised.

remember him. I think he is a professor. Very cool and calm when tackling those trivia. And I think he didn't exhaust his lifeline . he was that intelligent. His winning question was about Marie Curie.. first time I ever heard the name.

Who remembers this man?

Aroma Ufodike, from Nnewi, Anambra State, who appeared on the popular TV Show “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire in Nigeria” on September 11, 2009, and won 10 million naira. He was the first and only person to win the top prize in Nigeria, I think.

He got all the questions without using any life line.

When he was on the last question, he said “I want to use my 'phone a friend' option to call my family at home that I’m about to win 10million Naira.”

My thoughts also go to the intellectually balanced Frank Edoho

Where is Gulder Ultimate Search?

These are the type of programs we need to see on air not the extremely immoral Big Brother Nigeria.

This is worth celebrating indeed, but I'm not trying to shame BBNaija either.. I'm just saying..

I wish these intellectually stimulating TV programmes could return back to our homes. #GodBlessNigeria

I totally agree with you, you made a very Valid point. I hope this country will restart on this note post Covid 19 going forward.

That night was one of the best moments of "Who wants to be a millionaire".

There was one question asked by Frank Edoho, the question was actually about his neighbor (who was a public figure). The dude just smiled, Frank was shocked when he told him that was his neighbor.

I benefited from the program as well, one time I went for the show as an audience & won "fastest finger" grin It was 20 of us @ 20k each.

Still has the congratulatory note with my name on it from MTN in my archives.

Where is the gulder ultimate search? Fun to watch with kids, and you see the contenders work hard to earn the glory... Naija what have we done wrong to the airways, what have we done to deserve immorality promotions on TV. These days if not football, DSTV will not see my money
There's so much insecurity that stuffs like gulder ultimate search is no longer practicable.

You want killer herdmens and kidnappers to kill the participants?

I watched the program the day he won.... It was really amazing. Too bad this wonderful program has been replaced with bbnaija! So much has changed in Nigeria, even our great musicians such as dare art alade and Asa have gone hiding we are now left with zero talent such as Naira marley and zlantan
Asa is now a marlian. thats how was things has become in Nija.

The day I sit down to watch BBN I'm very sure my mind will implode.

Watching other people live their lives has never been a favorite pastime of mine.

What's to be gained by watching that show anyway?

That is not the point that OP is making, his calling for a return of such educationally inspiring program instead of BBnaija where immorality thrives.
