Before anyone can receive the on-coming/infilling/baptism of the Holy Spirit, he must first be born again.

If you wish to be born-again i.e become a child of the Most High God follow the following scriptural steps:


Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.



1. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is your Lord.

2. Confess with your mouth that you believe that God rose him from the dead for your justification.


If you have carried out those too steps then congratulations! You are now born-again. You are now a child of the Most High God. Welcome into the family of God.




You can now proceed to receiving the on-comming/infilling/baptism of the Holy spirit.

The Bible says the Holy Spirit is a promise for you.


Acts 1:4 And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.

Acts 2:33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

Acts 2:39[b] For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call.[/b]



The Bible says the Holy Spirit is a gift for believers.

Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Acts 8:20 But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.

Acts 10:45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Acts 11:17 Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ; what was I, that I could withstand God?



Once you receive the on-comming of the holy Spirit there will be an initial evidence-based the speaking in other tongues.


Acts 2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.





Considering the fact that the Holy Spirit is a promised gift, all you need do is do what you always do to all gifts- receive it.


To receive the gift, just say this short prayer:

I receive the gift of the Holy Spirit right now by faith in Jesus name.

Go on , open your mouth and speak in other tongues.



That's it. It's that simple. You have become invincible and undefeatable.

1 John 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

I don't believe it is accurate to assume that Paul's letter to the Romans was written to the unbelievers in Rome. It was more than likely addressed to the believers who lived in Rome.

People can confess their sins with their mouths until they are blue, but that will never get them closer to the Kingdom of God than they were before they made the decision to confess.

What Jesus said in the Bible is clear.

Matthew 10 vs 38 (ESV)

38. And whoever does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me..

You cannot become His disciple until you do what He commands you to do.

If you believe I am wrong why don't you pen down what you believe is the right approach. Stop acting like the Pharisee. They will not enter into the kingdom of God and they will not let others enter into. Stop being a clog in the wheel of progress. If you won't build then don't destroy.

Jesus is the only way into the Kingdom of Heaven -- obeying Him is the only way to get into His kingdom, i.e. become Born again... there are no shortcuts!

Do as Jesus commanded! Stop looking to Paul for shortcuts AROUND Jesus' commands! That is what many of your pastors/preachers/wolves have done and what you are doing here.

Jesus never called on anyone to confess sins or proclaim Him Lord first in order to enter His, Jesus' Kingdom! Paul did not say that either, but his message has been misconstrued by those who would rather continue to ignore Christ's covenant to those who will follow Him.

I already did. Scroll up to read it. Not in my words, but from the Bible.

The Pharisees led the people away from God by teaching the doctrines of men, and advocating the practising of traditions and rules of men. Remember when Jesus said
‘These people honor me with their words,
but I am not really important to them.
7. Their worship of me is worthless.
The things they teach are only human rules.’

What Jesus commands is our obedience, and only by obeying Him can anyone become Born again!
