For those whose accounts are owed the March, April and May stipends, your accounts were flagged by the GIFMIS platform for several reasons.

The Ministry is working hard to resolve this. It is no one's fault.

We acknowledge the hardship the non-payment of stipends have caused for you and yours and ask that you hold on and be patient.

From the beginning, we promised you that we will be honest. This is the truth.

You knew the accounts were flagged since April but decided to keep the affected beneficiaries in dark since April.

What the hell is GIFMIS? Flagged for what?
I don't understand. But they were not flagged before March. Just buying time.

Is it now you discovered the accounts were flagged? You must have discovered this right after March payment, but you decided not to do anything about it. For good 3 months, you refused to pay us up till now. This is really painful.

Understand we take no pleasure in withholding your stipend, this whole thing is not intentional and we are working round the clock to ensure we resolve this issue without further delay.

npowerng, please note that some beneficiaries are using the accounts they used to collect loans and allowance in the past. That should not be mistaken for being in federal government payroll.

The minister of finance said that after may salary is paid, application for new batch will start. When is it starting?

Another week is gone yet no positive sign.
The ministry is causing disaster and not managing it.

This is what Npower has to say about the beneficiaries that are yet to get their stipends. It is believed that all monies owed will be paid before disengagement of Batch A and Batch B volunteers.

when?
innocent beneficiaries are being victimized because your payment platform and GIFMIS were unable to differentiate accounts used to receive loans in the past from the ones that are still active in federal govt payroll.
