AFTER ALL THIS IMPUNITY FROM APC, IS NIGERIA STILL GOING TO HAVE OPPOSITION AFTER 2023?

APC HAVE SO MUCH SHOWN DISREGARD FOR DUE PROCESS AND WE ALL KNOW THEY CAN NEVER WIN 2023.

NO AMOUNT OF RIGGING CAN GET APC 2023.

BUHARI DID NOT EVEN WIN 2019.

Buhari thrashed atiku and APC will still win in 2023

Good.I am happy that the court will finally decide on this matter.it is not about who have powers to close or open but the legality of fixing a timetable and then reopening arbitrarily.mind you the supreme court severally has said that political parties must always abide by their own internal rules and if they can't,the court will interfere
Constitution.

It is about who organises primaries, elections et al..
The NWC can re-arrange their timetable like all the extension of primaries date and so on.
Like the one that was in contention and co, about 7 days or no 7 days something.

Na Justice Obile hand e dey. He will most likely adjourn, the the SoE will make the primaries continue. September 18 is it.

But is there any exception to this when one gets a waiver

No sir. Imagine if there was always a power to waive arbitrarily what then would be the point in having a constitution?

If there was a position of substitution of candidates after the primaries, what then is the use of Primaries!?
That's the logic as well.

I didn't see those stuffs o....perhaps the downloaded one I have is incomplete at best....If you wouldn't mind a softcopy?

Thank you.even though there is waiver,it cannot he abused and used arbitrarily.the court in amechi case once said though parties can substitute names,it must not do so brazenly

FHC sitting in Port Harcourt has restrained Governor Godwin Obaseki from participating in the PDP guber primary. The suit was instituted by an aspirant Omoregir Ogbeide-Ihiama asking the court to stop the governor who just decamped to the party from participating in the primaries.

Details later.

If wike hand is involved, expect delays and more pitfalls.expect the appeal court to delay in granting a stay.the aim is not to win but to knock out obaseki. I don't know why you are not getting it

Not exactly.....The case of Amaechi has been cited as not relevant with later judgements on same issues.

Amaechi case which you know was that he won the Primaries, and his name was surreptitiously substituted.

The provisions now is that the person who wins and intend to step down should personally do so in writing and submit to the NWC citing reasons.

Not the priority or otherwise of a political party exercise of its discretion one way or the other. You can argue without actually insulting.

Sorry if I insulted you.the court have severslky said that parties must abide by their guidelines

Surprisingly, I am.....tbh, but I am trying to get other positions that support or oppose what Ihama is doing.

When some cases come up, you don't just look at how it will affect that person but subsequent litigations

APC cited Degi to knock off Obaseki, who knows?

This might be a smokescreen of what we aren't seeing.

Is wike directing for obaseki or against? Everybody knows courts in ph are controlled by wike so I wonder why ihama went there except theres something am missing.him losing is not the issue,he will lose eventually but the aim is to delay and knock out obaseki from the primaries legally... But he may yet still win

Wike 's hand is boldly written on this script, both Ihama and the so called Lawyer are both Wike's paddy, he is doing this to wipe Obaseki into line. He knew Obaseki can't be trusted, it is just an enemy of my enemy is my friend

But since his ward suspension, have you ever heard me comment about Giadom?

We are too passionate about these things......tbh, I am not.

I am learning the legal side of everything to the latter.

You know what's up. PDP gave obaseki a condition of dropping his deputy and letting them choose a new one for him as a sign of goodwill to show his loyalty and commitment to them but he adamantly refused. That rang a bell and Wike knew he was bad market.
