i just hope they find a way to make the 2nd race at the same circuits entertaining in some way. reverse grid would have indeed been exciting to watch but Merc closed the door on that option....so lets see what they bring to the table because watching the same team win twice at the same track, one weekend after the other, will be a bore.

i have always believed that the Vet was a good driver, but certainly "not" a great one (RBR was his only salvation). now that he has a PROPER teammate, we can all clearly see how dreadful of a driver he is.

I'm disappointed with today's Quali because I didn't expect Vettel to get knocked out in Q2. A finish on the podium tomorrow will be a miracle.

i am only disappointed because i thought the fight from the rest of the grid (against the Mercs) would have been stronger... it seems like every year, Mercedes check their magic hat and find that extra half a sec from god knows where. hope this year wont be a Mercedes one-two every race, like last year.

i think Kimi is a good driver, dont get me wrong, but he knew his place as a second driver and never tried to overstep his boundaries. also the Vet became complacent (aka Sunday driver). look at how Bottas is pushing Ham to his limits....only a Ham at his best can win against Bottas. Rosberg proved that a few years back when he beat Ham fair and square. younger/hungrier driver are needed to really bring the best out of any team. RBR having the best car on the grid was the best only good thing that happened to the Vet... but also the beginning of the end

i believe that with Sainz partnering Leclerc next year, Ferrari will be on FIIIIIIIIRE!!!!

What a season opener. Austria had it all and to think that the next race is on the same track? It's gonna be awesome.
Happy for Bottas but dissapointed with the Mercedes team calls and LH not even on the podium, dude was just battling penalties all day and then told not to race the car. Like why are you even on the track? Stay off the kerbs? Really Mercedes? They wanted a one-two but blew right in their faces
