Please sir, any suggestions.
I just registered on upwork but I was rejected after 3 days.
Please how can I get approval

I got rejected once, did some little Changes and my account was approved yesterday, it depends on what kind of field you are applying with and are you familiar with the tools, I applied as a web scrapper, I know all the tools and how they work, just wrote some lil stuff on my profile about web scrapping and their tools, linked a youtube video I uploaded the to the profile and I reapplied, and they told me after 24hours but it took 48hours.

Thanks for sharing some tips with the fellow. I also learned from it too!

I seldom see many IT guys going into Artificial Intelligence, specifically Machine Learning.

Why are you guys running away from it?

Machine learning is not for everybody
machine learning
algorithms through research is difficult. It requires
creativity, experimentation and tenacity. Machine
learning remains a hard problem when
implementing existing algorithms and models to
work well for your new application.

I work for a company that provides software development services. Due to the quarantine, we had to work remotely. There are many aspects that can only be understood when working in an office. Formation of corporate spirit, mutual assistance, training of young specialists, etc. Working from home is cool, but when you work and you know that you work for a company.

I know I'd definitely come back to it, but I'm bidding my time, that's just it.
During my industrial training (4th year), used it to make a few bucks during my final year, left it for a while since clients weren't coming forward and focused on the family business and when I was called up for service, everything looked foreign once again but due to the pandemic and lockdown, I decided to pick it and nose dive into it full time.

No, but I reside in Lagos. I hope you also reside in Lagos. I'd love to connect with other up and coming web developers like us when the time comes.
am an upcoming web developer and base in Lagos have learnt html and concluding css soon

I am a front end developer but attimes I feel Programming/Development is Over-Hyped. There are other fields that pay wella.

A friend of mine makes up to $2500 monthly doing Vintage Logos and T-shirt design on Fiverr with no plans of learning coding.

My neighbour does $500 monthly trading forex; I $180 - $200
Just logo and T-shirt designs

you can also use JS on the backend, thanks to NodeJS. Typescript has even come to make JS sexier cheesy
Yeah, I know bro. Remember I said that's my excuse. Sooner I'd face my fear, i mean "challenge" head on. It's inevitable

ok but from what i am seeing here no one even mentioned C# as programming tools for software developer or is it out dated?

C# is not outdated and still widely used in top companies. The issue is that most startups prefer new Web technologies like node, python, php etc. And most jobs around are for startups

If you want to Start freelance programming my advise for you is to get a get a Stripe account so you can accept payments from anyone in any country and you can also do dropshipping as a side hustle.

https://incorpuk.com/ helped me setup my UK LTD company, Business bank accounts in USD and Pounds with debit card and I was able to open Stripe in Nigeria without any problem. I have used Stripe to accept payments and send invoice to customers anyhere.

MD salary of most banks?
If I talk now, you'll report to the Mods that I abused you.
Let me allow you to wallow in your ignorance...
I think he meant manager. and don't forget there are smaller banks like the micro banks.

Will you close your mouth! What do you even know about banking pay system?

An entry level in Access Bank earns about 200k monthly minus allowances. ET's in First Bank were earning about 175k and it has just been revived upwards.

AM's, earn about 500 - 600k monthly, DM's, 600 - 700k etc.

Quit smoking paw-paw leave!
What of micro banks? He meant manager and probably had micro banks in mind. MDs earn like senators.
