My name is Uwa and i live at surulere. I have been driving in lagos for a while and also ehailing platforms like uber and taxify. I know i do not have down payment but i will be glad if a car owner or an investor can go in an hire purchase deal with me. And i will work tirelessly to make sure the efforts are not in vain. I do not want a deal hire than 2.5million naira and a weekly remittance of #25,000 which I can pay more when i can but the agreed price should be #25,000. My number, both WhatsApp and call is 08110275067. If what works for you is a win win situation, i can work with that too.
Thanks

Don't joke with your account bro. Esp. If you live on the mainland.

Always monitor the "activity" and the "cancel" % of 4 sub column.

In your case , instead of sliding arrived , you will cancel straight ( the first column) , this will reduce the "clients did not show "

Once you are in traffic without a rider, go offline straight . cos. You cud get 5 rides within 10 mins, n dey will all cancel., "increasing your clients cancelled".

You need all these leverages, so learn how to juggle them.

See, truth is without d apps, you can't make money using your car in Lagos. esp if you are a newbie in d transport biz.

Bro, forget about Activity score, pay less attention to it. Work on your rating and monitor the cancellation activity, daily.

As for me I careless about the activity score, I monitor the cancellation part very well.

You are not alone. I blew empty from VI to Osapa few minutes ago after wasting one hour there hoping I will get a trip to take me out of there. I don’t even know what took me there, I avoid VI and Ikoyi trips in the morning.

My brother, like they always say, no matter how careful you drive in Lagos, if you don't hit someone, someone would definitely hit you.

So on Tuesday evening I just drove out to get some few items at the mall. One AC repair guy was given a Highlander to fix. There was traffic and on the process of trying to negotiate to the express, he hit the vehicle in front of him. The owner of the vehicle came down and accessed the damage and it was not bad and so he drove off. Meanwhile the guy had already loaded the gear in reverse instead of drive and I was behind. The next thing I heard was "gba"!!!. Bumper, fender, headlamp (passenger side), radiator casing gone.

Oga ok o, as e don happen, how we wan take settle this matter now, the guy was saying BROS ABEG NO VEX.

In my mind, e be like say you dey mad.

Last last sha, made some calls, military guys came around, drove the two cars to the police station, owner had to come, he said he didn't have money and that the guy who drove the car should be made to pay and all.

Finally, he pleaded and settled, police collect their own and I'm left to fix my car.

Bottom line, no matter how careful you are, it could still happen, but still be careful.

P.S: When coming back home that same night, we saw a smashed corpse on the road. Head gone, intestines littered on the road. I nearly vomitted. Later saw the driver who hit the guy. Apparently, he ran away immediately the accident happened and later went to report himself that same night. Family of the victim said they didn't want a case so they settled. Less than 24hrs after the incident, the guy was released and he went home, but who don die don die.

Everyday you go out and come back, don't take it for granted. Just be grateful and be careful.
Moral of the story ought to be, no matter the matter never ever take a case to police station grin

Very funny experience, you would have used your military guys to intimidate the guy by so doing he would have paid you right there or better still drive go one corner go settle the matter.

No matter how careful you're it will still happen if e won happen, las las na God! We live and survive bybhis grace my brother.

But wait oh, no be your hit sb the other day? If so, I think you should go see a pastor, alpha or aladura alagba for washing of head of head oh.

Anyways, sorry about your ordeal. May God c u tru.

You shouldn't have made that mistake of not wearing mask. Hope it gets resolved easily.
You're more likely to be arrested not wearing mask while in your car all alone than walking past a police man without mask. Their targets for masks have always been car drivers/owners.

This man... sad

I took the below screenshot for you. I am not sure if I’ve ever used client asked to cancel. It’s either ‘did not show or phone number is unavailable’

Times when I don’t want to waste five minutes of my time waiting on a trip I know I want to cancel, I accept, slide arriving now, wait for one minute and select ‘client no unavailable’. No time.

Just do whatever you need to do to keep your account active, if you loose it and go to UBER, you will not last a week there, no vex.
