The picture attached to your post alone shows that you don’t wish me well grin.

Make I use the whole day they watch movie grin. Btw I don’t like series movies. I’m not the patient type in that area.

Is not series like that and my intentions r for good, just a way to relax and put d stress of driving behind, u can even put ur phone on flight mode, distraction alters d interest dat stimulates when watching movie.

You shouldn't have made that mistake of not wearing mask. Hope it gets resolved easily.
You're more likely to be arrested not wearing mask while in your car all alone than walking past a police man without mask. Their targets for masks have always been car drivers/owners.
Sorted with 2k. Omo those men carried people walking on the road without mask ooo. Maybe because their point was just in front of the station

Per the cancellation thing, I think its best not to accept a trip in the first instance. If you don't like a trip, simply dismiss it.

Uber and bolt are probably aware of riders converting their trips to offline trips.

I doubt activity level matters. If it did, I would have been given a life-time ban.

Although ,I do the hussle sparingly sha, may be that's why they never look my side.

Another thing I noticed from looking at others dashboard is the reduced rate and number of trips required to attained the reduced rate differs.

Mine is 15% after 20 trips, some people have 12% after 25 trips and I have seen someone with 30 trips weekly target

grin grin baba na 4.4 I dey before. I had to discount a riders fare to get 4.5

Because I do few trips, anytime I carry some devilish riders they can easily affect my rating and I was on it for over 1 month.

Somehow I think bolt gives me special preference.

All the times riders tried playing a smart one on me, bolt have always refunded me without any issue. Although you'll wait about 2 weeks.

I think the issue is drivers don't make the case well with bolt.

Honestly, never lost a refund claim. Just ensure you make a convincing argument that you are blameless in the issue. They will revert and ask you give the rider 2 weeks to make amends.

After the 2 weeks grace period for the rider, bolt will make a refund if the riders fails to.

In one incidence, I carried some yahoo guys from Ikeja. One made a stop at an eatery and while there, kasala burst. They started beating the guy that he has been there in the past and had made a fake transfer to them. Once his friends alighted to join in the fray, I just ended trip and reported the trip to bolt that my life was at risk from mob action so I had to cancel.

Another incidence, I carried a runs girl from an expected trip from surulere to VI. When we got to Bode Thomas, the girl started misbehaving that I took a wrong route, traffic is too much and she may not pay if the money is too much. I asked her if she'll prefer I ended the trip there, she said OK.

I ended the trip there and asked her to pay the fare there (less than 1k).

The girl refused o. A trip that I spent over 1hour on including waiting time and driving to pick her up.

I ordered her out of my car and made a detail report to bolt that is she is a fraudster. I was refunded about 2 weeks later (in app bonus)

Don't bother chasing trips, I would rather target quality trips . Cos if it ain't single digit commission, it doesn't make much sense...

There are weeks DT I earn more wtout reduced commission.

Brother, I just had a bad experience simply because I ask riders to use a facemask.

It all goes like this my people.

Picked two olosho girls at Olatunde street in bariga axis. As they entered they said we re going to Tejuosho and you will bring us back.

Me: Hope you guus won't take long, because I don't like waiting for too long.

2nd lady: we wont, just to pickup some thing and return.

1st lady: (seating right behind me). Sabi uber is xhargin2g for the time spent and besides uber told us we can take all the time we want.

Me: (in my mind I was like, dis girls aew not tru with their words), uber allows 3-5min for stop overs. Trying to educate them when she interrupted.

1st lady: but shay its my money and besides its not stop over bla bla bla...

2nd lady: we won't take time.

I think i said, but we are only having a discussion about wait time when 1st lady then said, who dey discuss with this one, oga abeg face your driving.

At his time, I just kept quiet and mind my business.

I looked at both of them from my rear mirror, non of them where having a facemask on.

Me: facemask, you guys have? Pls kindly make use of it.

2nd lady: (sounding friendly). Me i don't have oooh but my friend here has me i b givernment pikin so nobody go catch me.

Me: replying in a friendly tune to 2nd girl. So if police catch us now i go tell them say u b government pikin abi?

2nd girl replied, yes. But the other uber driver I used had like 4 facemaskes and could give riders one.

Me: so if I give you this extra I'm having right here would you wear it since you're not having anyone?

1st girl: Me im not using any face mask if you want to end the ride because od that you can go ahead.

Me: (still talking with 2nd lady), this your friend dey vex oh why na??

1st lady: watin dey do rhia driver self, are you mad? Do you know who you're talking with? How would you refer to me to somebody who's annoy? Do i look annoy to you? Do you know I can ask you to end this ride now?

Me: oh, really? I should end the ride right?(enough of this insolent from these stupid fat beef of an olosho). Immediately, i pulled over and was ending the trip when the 2nd lady said, oga don't end it na.

As I was ending the ride, she said if you like Even if but make sure you get you money from uber.

Me: no problems, (trip was N400, uber saw it has emergency dropped off) you can get down dont border paying me.

This was where they whole drama started.
