LOL. Thunder fire you there. 10years is kinda far. 10yrs I'll be 28 and I think it's really a lot of time to get wrinkles, so I'm considering waiting it out.

But really, I don't totally belief that extreme heat causes one to get dark. Plateau state is the coldest place in Nigeria after Mambila Plateau, but the thing is, most of them are dark. I've been oppurtuned to spend some time in jos and I can vehemently say that I notice I got a lot darker in their weather, as did my other colleagues too. Can you explain why, please?

You can use St. IVES NATURALLY INDULGENT BODY LOTION WITH COCONUT MILK & ORCHID EXTRACT.

For the soap, use Dettol even tone (really amazing).

It doesn't bleach. My grandmother's sister's cousin used it all her life. Didn't bleach her, but gave her mad eczemas. We had to use thousand of nairas to clear them.

I'm looking a good lightening cream that is safe for my skin(slightly oily).
Currently, my face is very dark compared to the rest of my body and I'm no longer comfortable this. This is my first time of trying to focus on my skin and bring out the glow therein so I'd like your advise on how to go about this.

Start with exfoliation first. That's the most important journey to achieving a well-toned, supple, and beautiful skin. I prefer sugar-based scrubs because my skin loves it. There are salt-based scrubs, too. I mainly use St. Ives Apricot scrub, other times, I use the Coffee. Oh, and I love the Lemon and Orange scrub, too. Pick one of these. One should suit your skin well enough. You can check out their wide ranges of body creams too. Amazing I must say.

Next, moisturize. There are loads of nice moisturizers out there. Check out Neutrogena Products, they have amazing products ranging from Sunscreens, toners, face-cleansers, and what have you.

Get a good toner; for face and body. I use Neutrogena face cleanser AHA for my face first. I don't have a regular body cream, but I use Lemon oil presently.

If you really want to tone, you can go for 55H plus, add the serum to it. Quite pricey but worth it and won't give you nasty patches nor spots.

Lastly, SUNSCREENS! Your beauty journey is a waste without sunscreens. I use Neutrogena SPF 75 (Broad spectrum and water-resistant).

No....not oily...my skin is normal to dry fa......no wonder it doing somehow if inside the sun.....

Please I need help/advice.

Some months ago, the sun damaged my skin as in the attached picture. Then the Nivea argan oil and rose lotion I ordered online was probably fake cos it worsened the case and made my darker especially my face and neck. Like darker than the dark part in the picture.

I stopped using the cream and got St. Ives coconut and coffee scrub to exfoliate and then changed my body lotion to St. Ives oatmeal and sheabutter.

The challenge now is while my skin feels extra smooth and succulent after exfoliating, my face and neck is sadly still darker than the rest of my body. Now, my whole skin is even getting darker than my usual tone.

Please what face and neck cream would you recommend and perhaps a lightening cream to get back to my normal skin tone.

I also noticed that after I exfoliate, my face looks lighter for like a day and then goes back to being very dark. I exfoliate twice a week
