Also good at management and econometrics.

Management is key! You could have all the civil engineering expertise in the world, but if you can't manage human (especially stubborn Nigerians) and scarce material resources well then you'd struggle to achieve much!

all these developments with sparse settlements. where are even the pple of Ebonyi? oh i forgot some are in anambra, enugu, Lagos hawking and doing keke biz..good biz. they should start thinking of coming home and develop their land with mighty edifice and biz structures. who are their prominent sons and daughters apart from Anyim Pius?

The states with the best landscapes have fewer inhabitants or have most of their indigenes in other states thereby leaving their states laying in waste and dormancy. Ebonyi state has one of the beautiful landscape in SE with less or zero erosions but no viable development by her indigenes...they all left. This isn't same for her sister state Anambra state with less land mass and threatened by gullys...though with so much human investments and more populated than Ebonyi and densely populated...If only Anambra could have an exchange with Ebonyi grin. No state is perfect, anyways.

If anybody should be considered for president in south east cone 2023, Chief Engr Dave Umahi is the right choice with little and lowest allocation in the whole of Southern Nigeria he have performed exceptional he will transform Nigeria withing the space of two years no thought.

Let him finish those projects first, we don't want to repeat the mistake of Fashola of Lagos state who left many uncompleted projects such as the Blue light rail project.

They have also started construction of a 5000 unit housing estate,

This is the only meaningful project he's embarking on......I hope he allows only ebonyi indigens to own houses there n give them mortgage to pay 15k monthly for 30 years.

This is how to empower poor pple

Gov Umahi is not only brilliant but also a good manager of scarce funds.
He arranges his projects in order of priority.

He has just completed an ultra modern water supply project in EBONYI state.
In one oil producing state in the east, there is no modern system for public water supply except for the state capital. Private water boreholes reign all over the state.

The water project was elechi's project, Elechi did most of the work before he left

He isn’t lying the roads are 8 inches thick, it takes many years to wear concrete roads that thick down And he has built over 1000km of roads in 5 years, I am sure amosun didn’t do the any amount similar to that during his tenure. And he still has three years left to go, airport, two new hospitals, agro processing zones, salt factory, waste recycling plant, rice mills, investment into solid minerals what is he doing that doesn’t make him one of the best in Nigeria.

He is almost a magician or the others are great and greedy thieves if they cannot surpass or be at par with him in execution of projects.

Although Ebonyi state has the lowest federal allocation in the whole of southern Nigeria and is one of the poorest states in Nigeria the governor is still working hard, to build good infrastructure for his people that will help create jobs and increase income.

Ebonyi state is also a very new state, in this thread I would like to show all the progress ongoing all over Ebonyi.

First we will start in with the new ebonyi international market in abakaliki, that sits on over 480 000 sqm of land, double the size of the largest mall in Europe.

I wish Nigeria will allow Dave to be president for one year... Just one year.

Since the inception of Dave Umahi, street light in all the 13LGA never went off.

Any road don by Umahi will last at least 40 to 50 years.

In Ebonyi state, there's nothing like this contractor is not working fast or have abandoned this project... Every project must be completed within a few months.

In Ebonyi state, there's nothing like waste is pursuing you from your house or waste is dragging road with vehicle on the road, everywhere is clean.

In Ebonyi state, people obey the rules, u don't litter the place with dirty, wait for traffic to pass u no matter ur position in the govt, Even the governor respect the rules.

God bless the salt of the nation.

That’s exactly what I think umahi would do wonders, but I’m still waiting for him to go on a mass tree plantation project or forest reclamation and tourism as well, once he does those I will be satisfied with his works in ebonyi. And he truly deserves to lead Nigeria

Dave umahi is a great man, just like Zulum and that UNSONG HERO, Ogbeni Abdu-r-rauf Adesoji Aregbesola who was unfortunate to come under GEJ's administration. History will Nev forget you all. Keep up with the good work.

I cannot believe that a rational person will defend Ogun State government.

Alagbole-Akute road construction has been on for the past 7 years after they pulled down people's houses without compensation.

It's even painful that Agbara that generates a significant fraction of Ogun State revenue has bad roads littered all over the place.

Sincerely, I don't know what Ogun State government is doing with her huge internally generated revenue

Talk about your East. You no fit talk. You insult person who draws attention to the problems of the east. Why drag Ogun state into this?
Ignoramus.
