And again hibernating a system and shutting down..which is more preferably?
Both are good, it depends on the purpose. Hibernating your system will quickly help you recover from where you stop your work on powering on the system, its like switching you back to your last memory. But shutting down the system is for total powering off of the system, if you have finished all work on the system and it would take much time while powering it back on, unlike hibernating, because the system will start again from the beginning to load all drivers, software and apps. hibernation will quickly help you recover your work back from where you stop before hibernating, that is, all your work will be saved while shutting down will start from the beginning and will lose your previous work before shutting down.

It is not because of the USB devices you plugged in, it has noting to do with it. it usually driver issues conflicts that can cause this. you need to update your drivers, and another thing that can cause this is the Bios. what Operating system initially came with it ? Do you have this issue before updating the windows ?. Because you recently updated your Operating system into that windows 10 build version, the older Bios that initially came with your system does not support some things there and it is causing the conflicts, that is why it is causing that problems, They would have already fixed such issues in the newer Bios release if you download and update the newer Bios to your system, that problem wont happen again and your system will work normally
I hadn't this problems innitialy..

The Bios version and date of release should have been changed if you check your system properties information. the bios will have fixed the issue, so its not likely to happen again.

if it were a screen problem, there will not be any display, you will have a blank screen. and could be caused by some hardware issues, like the inverter, flex cable connector, e.t.c and if it was a case of broken screen, you will definitely see the lines, ink, and cracks of where the screen broke when you power on the system

better. Then that is a manufacturer defects problem, the problem is from the manufacturers, it's a faulty system they sold to you since you bought it brand new. That's the importance of warranty

My phone Satya updated and the apps..

I am.a newbie when it comes to laptops.. is it good updating every updatable on laptops?

I can't imagine me buying stuffs from UK or fairly used.. because the after sales effect is always hectic

My laptop doesn't charge. It may start charging unexpectedly maybe once in months but once the battery gets flat, it won't charge again until after another long period

Yes. It now have to be connected to a light source for me to use.
Someone who checked it sometime ago said it's a board problem

Hello, my laptop had a charging problem and I took it for repair. Apparently the charging ICU was bad and the technician had to work on the motherboard. I got my laptop fixed but everytime I boot it on, it gives a BIOS message that it doesn’t recognize my power adapter wattage and it is now very slow to use. Could it be that the motherboard has weakened? My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop

it's usually common with dell inspiron series. The bios settings had been set, under charging behaviour to give adapter warnings, that's why the message is being displayed when you power on the laptop, and bios POST ON. It's caused by using, incompatible or a lower power rating adapter than what your laptop supports

It’s the Dell’s own follow come charger, it can’t even recognize its own charger. Is the power issue the reason why it’s slow?

yes, if you use a 65w power adapter and the system requires 90w power adapter

I see, the technician must have replaced the faulty part with something of a higher capacity from the looks of it. My current charger is a 45w charger, what adapter wattage do you recommend?

Good day Engineers. My laptop (Dell inspiron N5040) has this power button problem (the power switch Is no longer working), so whenever I want to switch it on, I remove the battery and plug in the charger then it power up and I insert the battery back. but as at last week, it doesn't even power up again even when I plug in the charger only. I have not been able to use the laptop. what is the solution to this?
should I just repair the power switch and it will work? (how much will this cost)

Pls help. Thanks

if you have the service manual or user guide manual of that laptop, you will see the type, specifications of maximum higher wattage it support. You can download the pdf manual for that system online
