why not make money from it first before selling? or is the niche a boring niche? See, If it is not adsense verified it may not sell for more than 6k.
People love niches like fashion.... Techy solutions(free browsing, tweaks and tricks), gossip, etc

Time is my problem am working with an IT company as a network support engineer, my blog is about network, computer repair and news with bluehost as my hosting company. so I need some one to take care of it

Even 6K is still not worth it.... why not consider employing someone you will pay... put adsense and get paid.... its not hard.
