when you say huge in the context of nigeria,those money up there is very SMALL what we should be the problem is that if the money is not used; no no ...you should READ line by line.

so we all want highways, flyovers, and all others mega infrastructure but we are afraid to borrow because we know that we will default in paying back the loans.
