Imo APC Vanguard applauds His Excellency Sen Hope Uzodinma for re-awarding the contract for the reconstruction of the Emmanuel College - Naze roundabout road to be started immediately.

This is after Hon Emeka Ihedioha awarded the same road during his illegal regime to CHEK Construction Company and paid them 80% of the contract and also went to the back and collected 60% of the sum from them and this made the company not to do any tangible job on this road making Imo people to suffer untold hardship while plying the road.

Ndi Imo must ask Emeka Ihedioha to return all these monies he looted from us in the name of rebuild.

This is another fraud committed by this 'saint' Imo people did not know.

We hereby thank Gov Uzodinma for this bold step and urge him not to relent on his people oriented programmes he is sincerely pursuing.

Its only a matter of time before he loots his own(that if he has not started looting already which is 0.10% imposible) last last na the next Gov. go tell us how much he him loot..

So Emeka paid 80% to the contractor then went to the bank to collect 60% back. Did he pay the bank or the contractor for the job?

Let's even assume that's true, does this mean that the current government just allowed the contractor pocket the remaining 20% while he re-awarded the contract to another contractor?
