For those who truly understand Nigerian politics, they know that the likelihood of Atiku's presidency is rated at 65%- 70% chance... While the ruling party will stand to respect the North and South rotation, the opposition party will simply go the opposite way, whether its morally right or not, this is the reality of Nigeria's 2023 presidential election if all things remains equal..

Within APC, Tinubu is clearly the best option despite the strong opposition from the SS , SE and some Northern cacus of the party who deem him too ambitious to rule the nation and not letting go to other region within the South.. But with his wealth, I see Tinubu buying his way just like Atiku to clinch the ticket.. But then afterwards, I see betrayal of the SE, SS and majority of the Northerners within the party turning against Tinubu to enable the enthroning of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar..

Within PDP, a strong push to cede to candidacy to the south will remain high with Governor Umahi, Wike leading the push until Tinubu gets the Ticket for APC then it becomes a matter of common sense for these candidates to stealth their sword and throw their support once more to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar....

You SEE, religion, tribe or regional politics still remains the backbone of Nigerian politics, APC will definitely offer the VP position again to NE, while PDP offers the region , with Bauchi and Adamawa falling back to PDP with Taraba in the last election, I see Gombe and Yobe going back to PDP.. Its now their greatest time for the region to rule this nation, they will all take that chance so the chance of PDP 75 to 85% strong. Note, none of their strong politicians except for Dogara is a Christian.

In the NW, known for their biased and voting sense along religion and tribal lines since democracy, APC will struggle here and will get most betrayal from this region despite been the region of Mr President, the reason being that majority of these voters are just illiterates who care more about the pride of Hausa or Fulani in power than anything else.. No matter the Saint that comes from the North, always expect some hard core fanatics in NW to choose their own ahead of anybody else, the core Christian minority in these region will also feel betrayed of APC candidate been another Muslim after Buhari so no strong vote will come from this area.. .TINUBU or ATIKU, its a clear win for ATIKU 65 - 70% win mostly from Fulani vote..

Note - majority of Northern APC trying to push for a Northern candidate in 2023 are from this region cause they know their people and know they are just illiterates and fanatics. El rufai( with Muslim deputy even won), Mamaan Daura, Isa Funtai ( Mr not turn by turn limited) , Shettima Yerima, Ango Abdullah, Sani yerima and so on...

In the North Central with mixed values and sense of voting, this region will be Tinubu's zone to lose despite the feeling of another Muslim replacing a Muslim.. Atiku will of course get Benue and and slight chance in Plateau but the rest will go for Ahmed Tinubu so will give 60 - 70% in favor of APC Tinubu...

Now home calling ( The South), SW will surely be the big one to watch, many Christians here will have to deeply think twice as having felt betrayed thinking the vice president Osibanjo should have been their man. In the end, TRIBAL AFFECTION will win over RELIGIOUS SENSITIVITY... Atiku's PDP will not be that bad in this region and will surely pick their required 25%, will give the region 70 to 75% to Tinubu's APC..
Note, there strong numbers of SW who votes by common sense not minding tribal of party affiliation.. The candidate been from their region doesn't make a difference for them so they will choose either Tinubu or Atiku..
For me, both are very corrupt and not the best to rule our nation..

In the SE, we all know ofcourse this region is not only anti APC but even SE leaders in APC are anti Tinubu, I will be honest all things been fair I mean with the election, I don't see Tinubu's APC getting the required 25% here, as emotions of the South Eastern APC leaders will count, even State like Imo is sure to go back to PDP except the governor even jump to PDP before the election.. And Atiku giving the VP position to them will surely prop the votes, its ATIKU 's to win. Will give him 85 to 90% in this zone..

Finally the SS, the leaders of the SS in APC are also having issues with Tinubu but with him clinching the Ticket, some will be offered deals either business or political top positions but that doesn't change the reality, its a PDP zone and will give 65 to 75% to Atiku's PDP..

In conclusion, Atiku will surely win 2023 presidential election against Tinubu with APC, like I said earlier, both are the very corrupt symbol of Nigeria, though Atiku is more nationalist, Tinubu is far more intelligent and can draw in the international connections needed in the country, both has course to run with Tinubu's claim of the south's turn despite not letting SE in and Atiku claim of North East first time opportunity for a long time...

Well like I said, this is my analysis and it's only for matured minds who truly understand Nigerian politics irrespective of party affiliation , Kids should stay far from the comment..

South westerners seem never to learn. How in the hell do they think tinubu will beat atiku in the north?. No matter how much of a push buhari gives to tinubu in 2023, that's if he does, it still won't be enough. The north votes the north's, period. We all know tinubu won't be getting much votes from se/ss.
So I ask again, where will the yorubas get the votes to defeat atiku in 2023?

Pre 2015, there was GEJ as President, ofcourse Tinubu wants him out but doesn't want to contest against him, first with Ribadu and finally got want he wants with Buhari..

The question, why didn't he contest against GEJ?? He knew he will fail and went for Buhari, that is Nigeria politics...

Too bad, the nation is always presented to vote for the worst we have. Imagine if Adesina or Osibanjo is challenging Peter obi or Ngozi okonjo iweala....

Anyway, all I know is that the south is simply making noise, unless they unite its already a win for the North...

did abiola win toga in the north? NO!. Abiola won because he got the required 25% from the north and won a landslide in the sw and got over 70% of the votes from se and ss and the middle belt. Now tinubu will never have such support. Atiku did very well against buhari in the north. You people have already lost se and ss. Unless tinubu is another buhari in the north then you people should forget having a yoruba president in 2023.

Wrong. North votes for who best represents their interests. North voted mko over their own son tofa. And yes, tinubu is much beloved in the north. Atiku couldn't even win his own lga. He has always been a serial loser!

Really smart analysis!!

Definitely, unless a well know northerner (and there is none) comes out as the APC flag bearer, Atiku is the next president!

NB: unless there is an act of God against this (which I personally doubt)

And the North will also vote Igbos that have been calling them(Northerners) names that they(Igbos) cannot call their(Igbos) forefathers.

Tinubu never lost any election since the start of this demostration of craziness (democazy). Even when Atiku combined with Obasanjo and colluded with the foolish Elders in Afenifere, Ohanaeze, IPOB and other miscreant organizations, the Jagaban still humiliated them all.

The Jagaban has not signified his intention to contest and he may not contest. If however, he constests, nothing can stop him except Our Father in Heaven, the Alpha and Omega who knows whether you, I, Tinubu, Atiku and others will be alive in 2023.

Many warp analysis were made of the 2019 elections in which your Atiku was given all the way over Buhari. In those useless attempt to swindle votes for Atiku, most of you said North East and North Central were definitely voting Atiku citing almost similar reasons alluded to here by you. For the South West too, we heard such lies that apc was no where there anymore even though the VP and one of the strongest leader of the party came from there.
In the other hand, there are indications that Atiku will likely not get PDP ticket talk less of contesting and winning. He is even being foreseen realigning with Tinubu before the 2023 election.
But time is what matters.

To hell with your anti Tinubu analysis. Since MKO could win a presidential election against a northerner in this country, Tinubu will also clench the 2023 election. Your so called matured minds analysis only betrays your fears and jealousy for the truth you know at the secret part of your heart which I can see glaringly, that the man to beat in 2023 is going to be Tinubu. You people are afraid of the ways he's going to clear all terrible mess Buhari has stupidly brought upon this great nation. That's where your fears lise my dear. The fear of Tinubu in 2023 is the beginning of wisdom. Wise up my brother.
