The basis of Elyte is simple, create more entrepreneurs in the country. This is because with what is happening presently you are either of the two entrepreneur or employee. And the realisation of the economy with respect to the current situations Employee's rate reduced and this would keep happening believe me or not.
They are just giving an opportunity for people to be an entrepreneur without stress because last i remember to do a business in the country cost money (Cac, branding of company, website, marketing, etc)
But they are offering a platform to join and make something for oneself.
Is the approach the normal way a recruitment goes (not our regular style) but this company operates in the same building everyday trying to explain to people especially the youth why its important to grow your own business and all.
We can't call them scam because their mode of operations is different. If they are scams they would take your money and run to another location maybe another state.
The atmosphere there should even be challenging for youths to come and see a gathering of youth trying to make something for themselves hustling endlessly.
If you don't have the mind of an entrepreneur it's not a big deal but let's pray it's not late because some days to come one would still settle down to do his or her own business..

I just took in time to process what everyone has been commenting on about Elyte entrepreneurship. Your government hasn't offered anything tangible to help you youths and now a company is trying to build the youth of our generation's and you consider them as scam. Not fair

The Company is genuine as I am sure they must have registered with CAC
However the issue is with inability of the company to come out direct with the job description and so on, the inability to call a spade a spade. And so when job seekers attend their interview it is a different thing entirely. Sadly I fell for it once and I'm still yet to recover my 15k from this.
So if you are searching for job an open to anything I recommend you attend but if you are searching for job but not open to anything like me I will strongly recommend you *Do not Attend*

I attended the interview on 3/6/2020. I was shortlisted for a training on my job. I thank God I didn't listen to negative people on nairaland about the organisation.
I have been looking for job for the past three years since I finished my NYSC. Things has not been easy for me and my family. I blessed God I attended and was selected. I'm now a Business Development Associate at ELYTETC.

I want to appreciate the management especially the R.M.D for this opportunity sir. The lord continue to bless Elyte Entrepreneur.

My advice to applicant is that never allow people's opinion about an organisation become your reality because some people are so negative in their think just BCS they were not selected they will try to discourage other from getting the Job.

I got the invitation like 4 times in the month of May, I was skeptical about it. I was working from home at the same time applying for jobs for a better pay since most of our salary was reduce due to the pandemic.

I went through their website, then I went through the comments here on nairaland. The comments here made me conclude that they were scammers since few people or probably some of their personnel spoke well about them. Thank God to my wife who told me to go and check to see if it's true and not to make decisions based on people's comment. On the 12th of May, I went for the interview and they were about 23 of us in the hall. I was biased about the process because I have never gone through that kind, that is, after the interview there was an orientation, that is what they called it. About 16 of us were in for the orientation, 7 persons were disqualified during the interview stage. All of this I observed careful, just to be on a safer side.

The following day, I received a message inviting me for a training on the 14th, that was on a Thursday. The training I received I will tell you I have never received such in my 6years working experience or even in my life. I got home very happy my wife was surprised, the following day I went to resign from where I was working. I started working official with Elyte May ending. I will tell you entrepreneurship is the future of Nigeria if only they open their mind to it. There are many opportunities out their most especially in the area of agriculture and health. This opportunity I have seen has really paved way to other opportunities. I am barely 3 weeks old in Elyte, but the trainings I get is one in a million.

My advice to some who cares to hear, never base your decisions on other people's opinions. You have a mind of your own, decisions are what you make for yourselves not what others make for you, if I had listened to what I read here I swear I will still be were I was.

In fact, this Friday that just passed we had a Zoom meeting at the office with other of its branches. I swear this company will not seize to surprise me. I am so glad I am here.

I really think it is unfair to ask an unemployed graduate to pay for training that the knowledge would be used to get revenue for your own company, it is very absurd. If they want to look legit, why not give them the job and deduct the training fee from their first salary!

1. This Elyte Entrepreneurship training, Is just an Acronym for advance GNLD where they'll promise you heaven and earth just to get you to come down for their Interviews/training or whatever name they see fit to call it. Run ooo!


2. You'll find tonnes of negative comments about them online, 1,2 or 3 persons can be termed liars, bad Belle or what have you, but a group of people, then you should doubt their credibility...


3. Coca-Cola, Nigerian Breweries, KPMG, DELOITTE & any other legit company would never employ keyboard minions or create fake accounts to come defend their actions online(take a look at most accounts defending them on this & other threads and see for yourself)... That's another way of proving their incredibility.


Basically all there is to companies like this is; intense Coercion, extortion, the proverbial Ko-ko shoe, Bogus Pants and school bag marketing of overpriced drugs and other services...


Trust me you can't gain any valuable experience that can be added to your resume from this kind of organization.

What I notice is that there have been some set of people replying and analyzing over and over again. My question really is have you found yourselves anything tangible to do since then or you have been loading your data to come here and check then comment again. My advice is stop wasting your precious life and our precious time. Instead go and get a book and read it so your life can be changed.
