There's nothing special about the Pixel 4a with an SD 730G,same with the Galaxy A71 and it is NOT 5G and is inferior to the SD 855 in Galaxy S 10 Lite..

There is nothing special about it, true, but that is special about galaxy a71, s10 e (lite)is better than it you cannot argue that at all seff... and the 4a is about the same size as the s10 e. Who uses 5g in Nigeria? even in the US its still not used everywhere and the speeds are not so much different from 4g in the real world. Your only point which i can agree on is the 855 which like i said doesn't affect the real world. Pixel= Better camera, both selfie and main shooter. Better support for software update(first devices each year, monthly security update)

The Pixel 4a might have the better Camera and the better software support but the S 10 Lite has the better battery,better AMOLED screen,better processor and the bigger screen..
Bottom line,it doesn't have enough to set it apart from the Galaxy S10 Lite and I would certainly choose the S10 Lite over it,with its tiny size..

Not pixel might, pixel has a better camera and better software support. If bigger screen is your deciding factor then yh sure. If you can see the difference again yh sure, better amoled screen technically not really. Better battery life, nah bro. better processor, if you can see the difference. p.s not everyone likes big devices, iphone 11 pro is small too bro doesnt stop anyone from buying it, hell the se too... so your bigger size smaller device too is baseless. But its okay to disagree.

Launch date and market availability isn't the same thing baba. I can bet you that you won't see a single pixel 4a device available in nigeria this month the earliest you can see one available is by mid next month , and then it would go for an absurd premium .

Secondly I've seen the pictures sample of the 4a and I'll say yeah I was wrong the 4a takes killer pictures but oga abeg dont compare it to the s20 , I have a friend who uses the s20 and I can affirmatively say that phones camera is freakishly good . The s20 and the iphone 11 pro's take very beautiful pictures.

And bro camera isn't everything. I'm not a camera freak I focus more on aesthetics and speed , though I dont game I like devices that are future proofed .

So if the OP cares more about beautiful pictures and is willing to wait yeah he can go for the 4a , personally I would have loved to get thr device but I'll rather wait for that new security feature samsung introduced to the a71 and a51 in India to go global than try an amazing camera centric device I'll barely take advantage of its key feature.

Pixel 4a is set to be rolled out globally late August.. Besides it's $349 highest it's gonna end in naira is #160-170k..it won't surpass it... Comparing pixel 4a camera to s20 and iPhone 11 is laughable bro.. I'm not a fan of big screen, if the op can't wait, he should forge ahead with A71.. I personally planed getting A71 this month end, but honestly, I was getting discouraged daily by the big 6.7inch size (I nor be babe bro).. I changed my mind when i saw the release date of pixel 4a..so yeah it's just my opinion!

If you're up for a bet I can still bet with you that the earliest you can get that pixel 4a to nigeria is mid September . There's no two ways about it . Do you know how many devices I've waited for after launch that I later gave up my interest in said devices , I've always wanted to buy that iqoo devices but hmmmm thoss ones you go literally wait for ever . Bro since you're willing to wait , please wait o we'll need someone to do a review for us self . I like the pixel 4a a lot but I personally dont think think I'll be willing to go for that puny screen size. Weirdly I like smaller screen device but after using the s10 for two days I simply sold it and got the plus and the extra bump in battery and screen size is totally worth it to me .

And about the camera comparison you were the one who did that . I buy and sell devices a lot I watch a lot of phone and tech related videos I believe I don even watch more reviews on the pixel 4a device than yourself but what I can tell you is , it's not always how those reviewers paint the devices . It's better you use it for yourself and see how each individually fairs

Basically you're saying if given a choice between thr s10e and the pixel 4a you'd go for the 4a . Hmmm that's alright sha , I've seen the s10e and that phone really small die .

But in terms of display, I doubt there's any brand of phone that can match a samsung oled or their super amoled screen , so that's a no brainer , it simply can't be compared .

And in terms of phones physical size and battery those things are objective .

But in terms of processor speed , ram management and overall optimization . Oga even the blind will spot the difference between the snapdragon s855 vs the s720 or 730 the pixel comes with .

The salient thing to consider is what do you really want your device for and how long do you wanna use it .

If it's for more than 2 years and you think your love for an amazing camera trumps, overall speed and other perks then yeah go for the 4a . But if you want everything else then the s10 lite is a significantly better device .

I love the ui of the google pixel devices but one ui in samsung devices personally to me offers a lot more . It all boils down to the individual's choice or preference.

anything LITE doesnt match the PRO better go for A70.
s10 has low tech compare to his counter part,bt A70 can compete with s10 lite and plus 5x everyday and 35x everyweek if u understand.
am using A51 currently am 100% comfortable with it,the phone is a beast,then A70 will be a beaster (lolz)

About the camera until you use them side by side that's when you can judge better ... S20 camera offers more versatility (ultra wide, telephoto lens, single take etc. )
