It trended on Twitter at some point, don't really know if someone prominent pioneered it but some of these celebs jumped on it I believe.

It's a Yoruba word (ṣ’àlàyé), you say something and you're asked to explain, so for some even after all the explanations, they ask to to 'Shalaye' further so you have to receive the urge. It is quite applicable in different scenarios

Are you guys for real?? All these comments are as a result of the Op's view on racism?? I guess some people didn't learn from what happened the first time. Daniel's views and experiences are personal. Anyone with a different view should create his or her own thread. I'd be delighted to open, read and eventually follow such thread.
